Chef hat angeblich beim VW gelernt, komisch dass er kein motorhaubenschloss wechseln kann ohne das Emblem zu beschädigen... lächerlich!!! 2. Nachdem er Arbeiten durchgeführt hat, die nicht erforderlich waren und er die teuersten Teile ohne Absprache gekauft hat, verlangte er eine extrem überteuerte Summe mit einem Stundensatz von 120 € - ohne eine Rechnung auszustellen!!!!! Als ich eine Rechnung verlangte, hat er den Preis noch höher gesetzt!! Also ein Betrüger!!! Nachdem ich die Polizei gerufen habe und diese auch gekommen ist, wurde die verlangte Summe erheblich vom unfreundlichen und arroganten Chef runtergesetzt! Diese Werkstatt ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen und der Polizei bekannt - Hände weg!!!!! Never again!!!! 1. Boss supposedly learned from the VW, funny that he can not change the hood lock without damaging the emblem ... ridiculous! 2. After he had done work that was not necessary and he bought the most expensive parts without agreement, he asked for an extremely overpriced sum with an hourly rate of 120 € - without issuing an invoice !!!!! When I asked for an invoice, he set the price even higher !! So a scam !!! After I called the police and they came, the amount asked for was considerably reduced by the unfriendly and arrogant boss! This workshop is not recommended and known to the police - hands off !!!!!

Wurde aber anstandslos gemacht. Und jetzt aktuell habe ich einen Windschutzscheibentaush machen lassen. Fairer Preis und alles wie ausgemacht. Gerne wieder I'm very satisfied. I had shock absorbers made in June 2019, which had to be corrected because it didn't fit. But was made easy. And now I have a windshield replacement made. Fair price and everything as agreed. Gladly again

M	Markus Rehatschek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine Panne mit meinen BMW X5 3.0d. Die Riemenscheiben war vorne ausgelaiert, bis eine gebrochen ist. Mein Auto wurde um 8:30 zu KFZ-Marku abgeschleppt. Um 12 konnte ich ihn wieder abholen. Super das sie die Teile so schnell hatten und das Auto so schnell reparieren konnten, denn ich brauchte das Auto dringend. Das Auto haben sie mir danach gratis durchgeschaut, haben keine gravierende Mängel gefunden. Die Firmenbuchnummer , das zuständige Handelsgericht , die Adresse von deren Aufsichtsbehörden etc. ist auf der KFZ-Marku-Webseite zu finden. Aspekte die eine seriöse Firma ausmachen. Eine logisch aufgebaute Rechnung habe ich bekommen und der Herr Antonijevic ist sie mit mir durchgegangen. Die Mechaniker vertrödeln keine Zeit und arbeiten zügig. Der Stundenlohn von 78.60€ ist preislich in Ordung. Ein verbindlicher Kostenvoranschlag auf Reperaturen ist kein Problem. My BMW X5 3.0d broke down. The front pulley was worn out until one broke. My car was towed to KFZ-Marku at 8:30 am. At 12 I was able to pick him up again. Great that they had the parts so quickly and could repair the car so quickly because I needed the car urgently. They checked the car for free afterwards and found no serious defects. The commercial register number, the competent commercial court, the address of their supervisory authorities, etc. can be found on the KFZ-Marku website. Aspects that make a serious company. I received a logically structured invoice and Mr. Antonijevic went through it with me. The mechanics waste no time and work quickly. The hourly wage of € 78.60 is reasonable in terms of price. A binding cost estimate for repairs is not a problem.
