The best thing about this place is the location. Incompetent, extremely rude, angry and Offensive Manager (manuel i believe is his name). For almost 5€-- a beer, you would expect a more profesional service. We also waited for over 15m for our Drinks, twice. Not to mention the extremely uncomfortable and foul smell that comes from the kitchen, It does not inspire one to eat there.
The least enjoyable experience ive had in innsbruck the Last 12 years. Subpar experience and will not be returning.
I also expect a personal apology from the Manager for calling me very rude and Offensive words for absolutly no reason. I have witnesses that will verify this.
Would not recommend. Absolutly shocked.
Please consider where you bring your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff in a great location with fantastic view over Marktplatz and across the river. A little bit on the pricey side, for drinks at least, but certainly worth the extra few cents! Lovely addition to Innsbruck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reaaaaally understaffed. The waiting times are way too long. The terrasse is amazing, sunny and with a good view, the food is mediocre. Next time I'd skip this experience and just sit on the benches nearby.
