The doctor takes enough time to make the medical history and carry out the examination. The treatment was targeted and successful. The advice is very detailed. In addition, the waiting time was reasonably short, but prior appointment is necessary.

There are certain eye problems (namely dry eye syndrome). We are undergoing treatment in our country, but since it became possible to visit a doctor here, we decided to check how much the current treatment (prescribed by a doctor in our country) helps us, and what is the overall situation (is there an improvement? Etc.). They waited for an appointment for 2-3 months, in the end, at the appointment, the doctor said that we were healthy, and did not see any problems at all! To which we were very surprised and told about the diagnosis and treatment that was prescribed to us, the doctor after listening said that your eyes are clean, I don't see anything, but if you want, you can buy and drip drops from dry eyes. When asked what drops to drip? The answer was simple - try which ones suit you and drip. We were surprised and asked how many eye drops are on the market? 20-40 kinds? She answered well, about 40-50 species. (i.e., according to the logic of a doctor, we should buy 40-50 species and drip all this wealth into our eyes while we undecide which ones are suitable for us !!!) does not see, but when I already began to raise my voice and get turned on, I said that there was nothing wrong, I could live with it. On the commentary that during prolonged work at the computer, the papilloma begins to burn and create discomfort (it starts to pull), the doctor threw up his hands. Total: if there was an opportunity to put a negative rating, I would gladly do it !!!.

So starting with the secretary groaning, I find an impertinence. How can you be so unfriendly to patients? Then ask 10 times for the name and ultimately misspell it is also a cheek. The devices were not disinfected before I sat down and after me the next one was simply brought to the device without cleaning this device after use. I am from the medical field myself and that must not happen, especially in the current corona situation! The doctor doesn't take much time and in the end you are no smarter than before and all in all this visit was a waste of time. I am really disappointed....

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, but the doctor seemed annoyed, unfriendly and hardly talked to me. I did not feel well!! I know much better ophthalmologists there.

For me it is the best ophthalmologist. She takes the time to talk openly with the patient and tells the patient clearly what needs to be done. She is also fully responsive to the patient who is also disabled. I definitely recommend it.
