In diesem Zusammenhang ist zu erwähnen, dass auch die Inhaberin stets ein freundliches Lächeln parat hat. Besonders toll finde ich, dass es einen Familienparkplatz direkt vor der Türe gibt und wer Geld abheben möchte, kann dies auch links vor dem Eingang machen. Da geht man wirklich gerne hin und kommt auch gerne wieder. Very nice team, always competent and eager, even if there are long lines. I find it particularly great that there is a family car park right in front of the door and if you want to withdraw money, you can do this to the left of the entrance. Die Abwicklung der Corona-Antigentests ist unkompliziert, zügig und stets zuverlässig mit kaum Wartezeiten. Parkplätze sind fast immer ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Vor 3 Monaten ist mein Mann Corona Positiv getestet wurden ,wir waren mit meinem 1.5 jährigen Kind im Quarantäne, mein Kind war krank und ich brauchte für sie Medikamente,daher das Problem wer hollt mir jetzt meine Medikamente? Ich habe höflich nachgefragt ,ob Sie die Medikamente liefern können, und die Apotheke hat mir die Medikamente nach Hause gebracht. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, das ist Leistung, das ist zustzarbeit. Es war sehr nett und menschlich. Ich weiss nicht wie ich den Mitarbeitern danken Very nice and helpful staff. 3 months ago my husband tested positive for Corona, we were in quarantine with my 1.5 year old child, my child was sick and I needed medication for her, hence the problem who will get my medication for me now? I asked politely if you could deliver the medication and the pharmacy brought the medication home to me. That is not a matter of course, that is performance, that is additional work. It was very nice and human. I don't know how to thank the staff

Menschlich ist anders Was sent away with an acute asthma attack because I didn't have a prescription. No alternative proposal or anything. Human is different

Weil es dort die beste Beratung und die freundlichsten Apotheker im Westen Wiens gibt. Kompetent, sehr bemüht und es ist vieles Lagernd. Ein Tipp: ich habe mir dort ein Kundenkonto angelegt & zu Weihnachten ein wirklich nettes Geschenk bekommen! ???
