Danke — wirklich sympathisches und sehr engagiertes Team Was in the pharmacy on Saturday - it was really busy - I was once again served and informed very well! Thank you - really friendly and very committed team
P	Petra Kainz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war letzte Woche mit einen Rezept meiner Ärztin in der Apotheke, die Mitarbeiterin hat mir dann erklärt (was mich sehr gewundert hat), dass ich das Rezept privat zahlen muss, da die GKK die Kosten nicht übernimmt. Ds ich das Medikament gebraucht habe, blieb mir nichts anderes über als zu zahlen. Jetzt habe ich das gleiche Medikament ein zweites mal gebraucht (von der gleichen Ärztin) habe es in einer anderen Apotheke abgegeben und siehe da, ich habe die normale Rezeptgebühr bezahlt. Die nette Dame hat mir dann erklärt, dass natürlich die GKK die Kosten übernimmt und nur die Gebühr fällig ist. Also ich fühle mich echt verarscht. Ich gehe sicher nicht mehr in diese Apotheke. I was in the pharmacy last week with a prescription from my doctor, the employee then explained to me (which I was very surprised) that I have to pay the recipe privately, as the GKK does not pay the costs. When I needed the medicine, I had no choice but to pay. Now I have used the same drug a second time (by the same doctor) have given it in another pharmacy and lo and behold, I paid the normal prescription fee. The nice lady then told me that of course the GKK takes over the costs and only the fee is due. So I feel really crazy. I'm sure not going to this pharmacy anymore.

Dies ist meine Erfahrung an euch, also von vor ab weg...nach außen hin wirkt diese Apotheke nett und nach innen her ist sie schrecklich! Also Wort wörtlich von außen hui und innen pfui!! I started as an apprentice in the Bella-Donna pharmacy and was used as a cheap assistant during the trial period! This is my experience with you, so from the beginning away ... this pharmacy looks nice on the outside and it is terrible on the inside! Word literally from the outside hui and inside ugh!
R	Reinhart Engel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jetzt mal ehrlich - was man sich als Mitarbeiter in der Apotheke anhören muss ist - wie unhöflich manche doch sind- ich bin sehr froh dies Apotheke in der Nähe zu haben. Ich wurde noch immer sehr gut bedient. honestly - what you have to listen to as an employee in the pharmacy is - how rude some are- I am very happy to have this pharmacy close by. I was still served very well.

Kleines Manko- es passiert immer wieder, dass die etwas was man braucht, nicht lagernd haben. Es dauert zwar nicht lange bis die Bestellung da ist aber man muss dann doch 2 mal hingehen. Ansonsten super zufrieden :) I really have to give praise. Nice and competent staff. I was well advised and served. Small drawback - it always happens that they don't have something they need in stock. It doesn't take long until the order is there but you have to go there twice. Otherwise super satisfied :)
S	Sylvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin jetzt schon sehr lange in dieser Apotheke und kann nur sagen, dass ALLE (Chefin, Mitarbeiter, Reinigungskraft,..) immer grüßen, sehr höflich sind, sich Zeit für jeden einzelnen nehmen.? Parkplätze sind auch immer frei.? Was da intern abläuft ist für mich völlig unrelevant, ganz ehrlich. Es zählt, wie man als Kunde behandelt wird und das ist eben einfach nur positiv!? Wenn sich ehemalige Mitarbeiter hier auskotzen, ist das einfach nur deplatziert ?? Tut mir leid, aber das ist meine Meinung! I've been in this pharmacy for a very long time and I can only say that EVERYONE (boss, employee, cleaner, ..) always greets, is very polite, takes time for each one of them.? Parking spaces are always free.? Something there internally is completely irrelevant to me, quite honestly. It counts how you are treated as a customer and that's just positive! ? If former employees vomit here, that's just out of place ?? Sorry, but that's my opinion!
H	Ha See on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Apotheke mitsamt der stets freundlichen, kompetenten und diskreten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter! Geduldig sind sie auch :-) Die Apotheke ist leicht zu erreichen. Sauber und hygienisch. Zum Anstellen ist reichlich Platz. (Nur das Regal in der Mitte ist ein wenig sperrig für ein zügiges Anstellen - aber da verstehe ich natürlich auch den Sinn hinter diesem Regal, das Präsentationsfläche bietet) Fazit: Tolle Apotheke, danke für das stets freundliche Service! Weiter so! ;-) I am very satisfied with this pharmacy and the always friendly, competent and discreet staff! They are patient too :-) The pharmacy is easy to reach. Clean and hygienic. There is plenty of space to stand in line. (Only the shelf in the middle is a bit bulky for a quick line-up - but of course I understand the meaning behind this shelf, which offers presentation space) Conclusion: great pharmacy, thanks for the always friendly service! Keep it up! ;-)
