D	Daniela Hofmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brigitte Schneider und Ivan Louko sind Immer freundlich, immer bemüht, stets lösungsorientiert, haben für sämtliche Anliegen/Fragen und eventuelle Probleme ein offenes Ohr, suchen und finden immer alles, was man benötigt - selbst wenn es aus Deutschland angefordert werden muss. Und gerade in der aktuellen Corona Zeit, wo die Nerven vieler Kunden blank liegen, bleiben sie ruhig und sind besonnen, kümmern sich um deren Anliegen und bleiben trotz des oft respektlosen und angriffig/aggressiven Tonfall gewisser Kunden freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin seit Anbeginn Kunde der Apotheke an der Wien und dankbar, dass es diese und vor allem die beiden oben genannten Mitarbeiter dort gibt. Auch meine Familie und Freunde sind immer zufrieden - meine Mama wohnt im 10. Bezirk, geht aber auch nur mehr hier hin bzw. besorge ich ihr da ihre Medikamente und sonstigen pharmazeutischen Artikel. Chapeau - ihr seid's einfach die Besten. Vielen lieben Dank für die vielen Jahre perfekter, engagierter und liebevoller Betreuung - ich möchte Euch nicht mehr missen. And especially in the current Corona time, when the nerves of many customers are bare, they stay calm and are prudent, take care of their concerns and remain friendly and helpful despite the often disrespectful and aggressive tone of certain customers. I have been a customer of the pharmacy an der Wien since the beginning and I am grateful that this and especially the two employees mentioned above are there. My family and friends are always satisfied too - my mom lives in the 10th district, but only goes here or I get her medication and other pharmaceutical items there. Chapeau - it's just you the best. S	Seb Netflix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe lange Zeit damit gerungen meine mehrfach schlechten Erfahrungen mit dieser Apotheke zu veröffentlichen, oder nicht. Bestärkt hat mich nicht nur meine persönlichen Erfahrungen, sondern auch die negativen von Nachbarn und Bekannten zur Apotheke an der Wien. Einige (wohlgemerkt nicht alle) Mitarbeiter der Apotheke sind über allen Maßen unfreundlich. Wenn man spezielle Fragen hat wird man zum Teil sogar angeschnauzt, oder sehr schroff abgewimmelt. Besonders der arabisch wirkende Herr im mittleren Alter sollte sich die Frage stellen, ob ein Beruf mit Menschenkontakt die richtige Berufswahl war, ich kenne keinen unfreundlicheren Apotheker! Die ältere Dame mit kurzen Haaren hat einen groben Ton und Umgang den Kunden gegenüber, dass man sich als Kunde als Bittsteller vorkommt. Ich habe auch positive Erfahrungen, mit anderen Mitarbeitern gemacht, jedoch überwiegen leider die negativen die Positiven. Wie man einige weiteren Bewertungen entnehmen kann sind meine negativen Erfahrungen, leider kein Einzelfall. Schade, die Apotheke hat eigentlich ein gutes Sortiment! For a long time I struggled to publish my multiple bad experiences with this pharmacy, or not. I was not only encouraged by my personal experiences, but also the negative ones from neighbors and acquaintances about the Apotheke an der Wien. Some (mind you not all) employees of the pharmacy are extremely unfriendly. If you have specific questions, you are sometimes even snapped at, or very abruptly dismissed. Middle-aged gentlemen who look Arab in particular should ask themselves whether a job with human contact was the right choice, I don't know any more unfriendly pharmacist! The older lady with short hair has a coarse tone and behavior towards customers that makes you feel like a supplicant as a customer. I have also had positive experiences with other employees, but unfortunately the negative outweigh the positive. As you can see from some other reviews, my negative experiences are unfortunately not an isolated case. It's a shame, the pharmacy actually has a good range!

Hier ging es total unkompliziert, ohne Anmeldung und das Ergebnis bekam ich per SMS auf's Handy. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Auskunftsbereit. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, einzig bitte nachfragen wie man da wieder hinein kommt. Ich bin dem Weg der "Autos" gefolgt. I was on a quick visit with my mother and needed a quick test. Here it was totally uncomplicated, without registration and I got the result via SMS on my mobile phone. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide information. Parking space in the underground car park, just ask how to get back in there. I followed the path of the "cars".
