Nach dreimaliger Aufforderung hat der Chef widerwillig erneut gemessen und plötzlich hat alles gepasst ..... Kunde wird am Telefon zur Sau gemacht. Die Autoschlüssel werden auf den Reifen deponiert...(auch für unbefugte Personen zugängig)! - FAHRLÄSSIG - !!!! BITTE GROßEN BOGEN UM DIESE "WERKSTATT" MACHEN! IST EHER EINE METZGEREI ALS EINE PICKERLBERECHTIGTE FACHWERKSTATT .... !!!! FRAUD !!!! I failed the pickerl because the NEW brake fluid was NOT measured. The boss lies as soon as he opens his mouth. After three requests, the boss reluctantly measured again and suddenly everything was fine ..... Customer is made on the phone to sow. The car keys are deposited on the tires ... (also accessible to unauthorized persons)! - NEGLECTIBLE - !!!! PLEASE BIG BOW TO MAKE THIS "WORKSHOP"! IS Rather a BUTCHERING AS A PICKERLIGERATED WORKSHOP ....

Es wurden 2 schwere Mängel festgestellt:Achsmanschetten links und rechts aussen, das beste daran ist das die vor 2 Wochen bei Audi erneuert wurden. Er verlangte 350 Euro ? 2.Audi A6 Fahrzeug war beim Pickerl 4 schwere Mängel querlenker! Es war nur bei einen leichte Risse die anderen 3 waren neu! Die Werkstatt ist nur nach Geld aus, für mich Betrug! Fahr lieber zum ÖAMTC For me, they are cheaters (since the new takeover, they were top workshops) 1. My father's Audi q5 was with them at Pickerl. Two serious defects were found: Axle boots left and right outside, the best part is that they were replaced at Audi two weeks ago. He asked for 350 euros ? 2. Audi A6 Vehicle was at the pickerl 4 serious defects wishbones! It was only a slight tear the other 3 were new! The workshop is only out for money, cheating for me! Better go to the ÖAMTC

Was ich neben der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter besonders schätze ist, dass einem auch kurzfristig geholfen wird. Das habe ich gerade bei Vertragswerkstätten schon ganz anders erlebt. A highly recommended and competent workshop for all brands. Here the foreman is still doing the work himself. What I particularly appreciate, in addition to the friendliness of the staff, is that you can also get help at short notice. I've seen it quite differently at authorized workshops.

Die bremsscheiben wurden ausgetauscht aber nicht die Klötze und dass war schon so schwerwiegend, so dass ich fast einen Unfall gebaut hätte. Werkstätten benutzen nur den billigsten Schund und verrechnen es sauteuer. Welcher Werkstatt kann man noch trauen? Also liebe Leser gebt bei dieser Werkstatt besonders acht. Es könnte euer Leben davon hängen. This workshop is essential to avoid. Since a reperaturen is calculated that have never been made. The brake discs were replaced but not the blocks and that was already so serious that I almost made an accident. Workshops use only the cheapest trash and charge it sauteuer. Which workshop can you still trust? So dear reader give this workshop especially eight. It could hang your life of it.

Ich habe mein Auto hin gebracht und explizit nach einem Kostenvoranschlag verlangt, der mir auch zugesichert wurde, da bereits klar war, welches Problem mein Auto hat. Der Chef wollte mich anrufen, sobald er einschätzen kann, wie viel es in Etwa kosten werde. Ein paar Stunden später wurde mir auf die Mailbox gesprochen und mitgeteilt, dass das Auto abholbereit ist. Ich war überrascht und über die doch recht hohen Kosten nicht sehr glücklich. Ich kann zwar den Preis nachvollziehen und bin bisher auch der Meinung, dass die Arbeit gut gemacht wurde, aber die Tatsache, dass die Werkstatt nicht in der Lage war, mir einen Kostenvoranschlag zu machen, obwohl sie genau das behauptet hat, finde ich sehr unprofessionell. Also für alle, die gerne davor wissen, mit wie viel Kosten sie ca. rechnen müssen: besser nicht zu dieser Werkstatt gehen!! The team is very nice, but the communication didn't work out at all. I brought my car there and explicitly asked for a cost estimate, which I was assured as it was already clear what the problem my car had. The boss wanted to call me as soon as he can estimate how much it will cost. A few hours later I was spoken to the mailbox and told that the car was ready for collection. I was surprised and not very happy about the high costs. I can understand the price and so far I also think that the job was done well, but I find the fact that the workshop was not able to give me an estimate even though they claimed exactly that is very unprofessional . So for everyone who would like to know in advance how much costs they have to reckon with: better not to go to this workshop !!
