Er hat mir bei einem Problem mit meiner Vespa spontan, schnell und super günstig weitergeholfen. Ich war beeindruckt ???? So gewinnt man Kunden! Just great !!! Und nicht die ewigen Wartezeiten ,die bei manch anderen Werkstätten üblich ist. Ich bin sehr zufrieden:-) I'm very satisfied (service and staff very good). Also does more than just mopeds (800 monsters repaired / braking system). And not the endless waiting times that are common in some other workshops. I'm very satisfied:-)

Sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich und alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt, auch eine kurzfristige unerwartete Reparatur wurde eingeschoben. Ich war wirklich nicht nur zufrieden sondern begeistert und kann die Fa. Frohnwieser nur weiterempfehlen. I have 2 Vespa for repairs in the Frohnwieser workshop had and was enthusiastic about the service of the mechanics. Very competent and very friendly and everything was done to my satisfaction, even one short-term unexpected repair has been inserted. I was really not only satisfied but enthusiastic and can only recommend Frohnwieser.
T	Thomas Gell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Nachfrage ob bestelltes Ersatzteil nach ca 1,5 Monaten da ist, wird man nicht allzu freundlich abgewiesen ein wenig mehr Anstand zum Kunden wäre schön nicht vergessen Rechnungen werden nicht mit schön Reden und viel Gelaber bezahlt sondern mit dem Geld das der Kunde liegen lässt und wenn er zufrieden ist wieder kommt. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen. When asked if the spare part ordered will be there after about 1.5 months, you will not be rejected too friendly. A little more decency to the customer would be nice. Don't forget when he is satisfied comes back I will not come again.

Bin mit meinem alten Maxi Moped spontan hängen geblieben während ich damit durch Österreich getourt bin und mir wurde sofort geholfen und das Moped wieder fahrbereit gemacht!!! Vielen danke für eure Hilfe!! Great workshop, very nice and helpful mechanics! Meine Vespa war 2 Jahre und 1 Monat alt und die Zylinderkopfdichtung war kaputt, bei ca 2000KM, hatten mir versprochen mit dem Hersteller ein Kulanzlösung zu erwirken, ist aber nie passiert, man hat sich auch nicht wirklich darum bemüht, habe die volle Rechnung bezahlen müssen, werde da auch nicht mehr hingehen, Die Freundlichkeit des Eigentümers lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. It's a little late, but still needs to get rid of it. My Vespa was 2 years and 1 month old and the cylinder head gasket was broken, at around 2000KM, I had promised to get a goodwill solution from the manufacturer, but it never happened, they didn't really try, I had to pay the full bill , will not go there again, the friendliness of the owner also leaves a lot to be desired.
