Fenstergröße Wohnzimmer 2,52 m² - notwendige Belichtung mind. 2,95 m² (mind. 12% der Bodenfläche)! Keine barrierefreie oder anpassbare Wohnung! (WC zu klein, Gang zu schmall, Tür 70 cm breit, Aufzug zu klein)!
Der neue Eigentümer muss viel Geld investieren!
