★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants and bars in town, Nordpol offers a modern viennese relaxed attitude. The spot is perfect, there is a small green where you can sit in front of the building enjoying the sunlight and their food.
Because it is really fine, well-balanced between local viennese, moravian/böhmisch and modern veggie cuisinies. unfortunately they do not have Jezek dark beer anymore (instead Kozel and Starobrno), but the homemade lemonades are indeed refreshing. recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews do not lie, the food here is amazing (Schweinsbraten was superb, pictured) staff friendly and efficient, beer good, friendly atmosphere. Seating avail. inside and out.
I’ll def. be coming back for the rest of the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty food at decent prices. The staff is not willing to help you (maybe because they are 4 in a sunday evening when the restaurant is almost full). I kindly asked for a baby chair but I had to take it and to clean it thoroughly myself because it was very dirty (I had never seen in my life such a dirty). Surely the cleanliness is not a strength here. Dogs are allowed inside. The furniture and carpets are very old, simple and scruffy. The decoration is very weird. I will recommend this place only for the food. Totally not recommend it for children under 12 because of the paintings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent food, service and ambience. I really think food doesn't get more comfort food than this. The creamy goulash is a must, try it with a dark beer, superb!. Prices are fair, a dinner for two with beer and dessert 45€ (you can barely breathe by the end of it). Cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Lucky us, our hotel was near so we visited the restaurant twice (it's near Am Tabor tram stop)
+ The food is absolutely delicious. The soups, the schnitzel, the ravioli... everything was well made.
+ The atmosphere was cosy and the art on the walls...was out of this world!
+ Sabbina has the sweetest smile.
