R	Rob sz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute (12.5.2020) um etwa 10.30 in der MBE Filiale in Schwechat um eine Grafik und ein Word Dokument ausdrucken zu lassen. Beide Dateien waren auf einer externen Festplatte gespeichert. Ich wurde von einem Herren bedient, der leider sehr unfreundlich war. Zunächst bekam ich den ersten Rüffel weil die Dateien auf einer externen Festplatte sind, den zweiten Rüffel bekam ich weil die Dateien nicht im .pdf Format waren und er jetzt einmal die Dateien umwandeln muss. Dann folgte in einer sehr unfreundlichen Art und Weise eine Belehrung dass man hier keine gewöhnlichen Officedrucker habe sondern hochwertige Druckmaschinen. Wenn ich die Ausdrucke nicht so dringend gebraucht hätte, hätte ich das Geschäft ohne die Ausdrucke verlassen. Jedenfalls werde ich diese Filiale nicht mehr aufsuchen, denn ich bin der Meinung dass ich mir als Kunde diese Art und Weise einer Bedienung nicht gefallen lassen muss da es genügend andere Stores gibt in denen man besser behandelt wird und die noch dazu günstiger sind. Was today (12.5.2020) at around 10.30 in the MBE branch in Schwechat to have a graphic and a Word document printed out. Both files were stored on an external hard drive. I was served by a gentleman who was unfortunately very unfriendly. First I got the first Ruffle because the files are on an external hard drive, I got the second Ruffle because the files were not in .pdf format and he now has to convert the files. Then, in a very unfriendly way, there was a instruction that you don't have ordinary office printers here, but high-quality printing machines. If I hadn't needed the printouts so badly, I would have left the shop without the printouts. In any case, I will no longer visit this branch because I believe that as a customer I do not have to put up with this type of operation as there are enough other stores where you can get better treatment and which are also cheaper.

Und: Die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich! Ich möchte diesen Shop so gut es geht nicht betreten. I have to go to the shop more often because my packages are delivered there by DPD. Feedback: The opening times for working people a challenge. And: the employees are unfriendly! I don't want to enter this shop as much as possible.
B	Bastian Haverkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren gestern zum kopieren dort, nach 10 minütiger Wartezeit kam der (unfreundliche) Herr mit 2 Probeausdrucken zurück. Die Qualität war absolut inakzeptabel. Angeblich waren aber wir Schuld. Komischerweise war die Qualität andernorts allerdings viel besser! Nun haben wir also gesagt, dass wir dort keine Ausdrücke wollen. Allerdings hat uns der Herr trotzdem 5€ in Rechnung gestellt, für 2 Probeausdrucke! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert dieses Geschäft. We were there yesterday to copy, after 10 minutes of waiting the (unfriendly) gentleman came back with 2 test prints. The quality was absolutely unacceptable. But supposedly we were to blame. Strangely enough, the quality was much better elsewhere! So now we have said that we don't want any expressions there. However, the gentleman still billed us 5 € for 2 test prints! Absolutely not recommended this business.

Wer hat Mail Boxes zu einem DPD Shop deklariert, wo man so gut wie nie zu seinem Paket kommt, wenn man Vollzeit arbeitet und niemanden hat, der das Paket abholen könnte? Beschwerde an DPD ist ebenfalls raus. Unfortunately, my package was delivered to this shop. The opening hours are a disaster if you work full time. Who declared Mail Boxes to be a DPD shop where you can hardly ever get your parcel if you work full-time and have no one to collect the parcel? Complaint to DPD is also out.

G	Griet Freese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super ! You can talk to a person, and s/he can help ! Got the package from Vienna to a small town in the Netherlands within a day. So happy ! PS they did this in conjunction with UPS, who did the actual delivery to our door. The UPS customer service was great (needed a quick reply to a question) and the driver was a most pleasant young man.

J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can assume that this establisment is managed by mentally impaired and constantly drunk baboons, as I honestly cannot imagine any other explanation of the toxic mix of unhelpfulness, entitlement, and incompentence. Through hidden bank fees, I was charged almost the double amount for a shipment. Nevermind. Instead of delivering the package to a very specified address, they delivered it to a UPS location (pick up centre) 20 km away. Without finding necessary to notify me that the shipment wont be arriving to my address. If you can avoid, run like plague from this place. And of course lets name and shame their manager, Peter Klicka, who can benefit both from lessons in manners and English.
