t	tk trash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es dauert ewig, bis Pakete ankommen (laut Website 4-8 Tage, es ist jetzt über eineinhalb Monate her, seitdem ich es verschickt habe). Man kann nicht corona für ALLES als Ausrede benutzen. Corona gehört mittlerweile zu unserem Alltag, selbst Kinder müssen zur Schule, hört auf mit den Ausreden und akzeptiert, dass ihr schlecht seid, was euren Job betrifft. Und die teuren Preise gehen absolut gar nicht. Knappe 9€ Für einen Umschlag, nur weil er mehr als 75g wiegt? Die Gewichtsoptionen sind einfach nur schlecht. Es gab vor einigen Monaten noch die 1kg Version, jetzt nur noch die 2kg Version (bisschen geldgeil?). Nur weil etwas mehr als 75g wiegt, kann man nicht einfach verlangen, dass die Leute für 2kg bezahlen, selbst wenn der Umschlag nur 100g wiegt?? Das ist eine Frechheit, gebt uns die 1k Option zurück, am besten auch noch eine 500g Option. Denn dafür, dass alles so teuer ist, ist der Service unglaublich schlecht und langsam. It takes forever for packages to arrive (4-8 days according to the website, it's now over a month and a half since I sent it). You can't use corona as an excuse for EVERYTHING. Corona is now part of our everyday life, even children have to go to school, stop making excuses and accept that you are bad when it comes to your job. And the expensive prices absolutely do not work. Just under € 9 for an envelope just because it weighs more than 75g? The weight options are just plain bad. A few months ago there was still the 1kg version, now only the 2kg version (a little bit of money?). Just because it weighs a little over 75g, can't you just ask people to pay for 2kg even if the envelope only weighs 100g ??? That's a cheek, give us the 1k option, preferably also a 500g option. Because for everything being so expensive, the service is incredibly poor and slow.
S	Stefan Fürst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum hat diese Filiale an einem Samstag nicht geöffnet? Das ist die einzige Filiale die ich kenne, die an einem Samstag nicht geöffnet hat! Das wäre echt zu verbessern!!! Why is this branch not open on a Saturday? This is the only branch I know that is not open on a Saturday! That could really be improved!
L	Lukas S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kommt in die Filiale, ist alleine und möchte eine Retoursendung aufgeben, 2 Beamte weisen einem darauf hin, man möge das Paket beim automatischen Schalter aufgeben. Das hat nicht funktioniert darum geht man wieder auf die Beamten zu, um das Paket persönlich aufzugeben. Aus Grund von Corona wird man angeschnauzt, man möge den Kundenkontakt minimieren. Es tut mir Leid an zwei arbeitsunfähige, arbeitsunwillige Personen geraten zu sein. Ich würde am liebsten auch ihr Filiale meiden, aus anderen Gründen, aber es lässt sich nicht vermeiden, Corona hin oder her. 1.5 Sterne vollkommen zurecht! You come to the branch, are alone and want to send a return shipment, 2 officials point out that you should hand in the package at the automatic counter. That didn't work, so you go back to the officials to hand in the package personally. Because of Corona, people are yelled at about minimizing customer contact. I am sorry to have run into two people who are unable to work or unwilling to work. I would also like to avoid your branch, for other reasons, but it cannot be avoided, Corona or not. 1.5 stars perfectly right!

Bei wichtigen Dokumenten (RsB) wird keine Benachrichtigung eingeworfen (2x bereits), die Hotline schickt mich in die Filiale, die Filiale zurück zur Hotline. In der Filiale wird einem unterstellt, man hätte die Benachrichtigung selbst weggeworfen. Nach einer Viertelstunde Diskussion hat man sich am Schalter erbarmt, in den Laden nachzusehen - siehe da, meine Sendung liegt dort, obwohl sie bereits seit einem Monat wieder beim Absender sein sollte. "Hoppla, na das kann ja passieren". Dass mir durch diese Verzögerung einen immensen Aufwand und Kosten entstehen, wird mit einem Achselzucken und einem "da können wir ja nichts dafür" abgetan. Keine Entschuldigung, gar nichts. Der Drucker/Kopierer ist die nächste Frechheit. Mein Drucker kaputt, ich brauche dringend 20 Seiten S/W gedruckt. Kostenpunkt 6 Euro. Von den 20 Seiten wurde genau 1 richtig gedruckt. Auf allen anderen ist nur Rauschen. Auskunft "falsches Dateiformat" - es war ein PDF - und ansonsten das übliche: "Kann man nichts machen". Scheinbar die schlechteste Filiale österreichweit. If possible, I would give zero stars. In the case of important documents (RsB), no notification is thrown in (twice already), the hotline sends me to the branch, the branch back to the hotline. In the branch it is assumed that you have thrown away the notification yourself. After a quarter of an hour of discussion, people at the counter took pity on looking in the store - lo and behold, my shipment is there, although it should have been back with the sender for a month. "Oops, well that can happen". The fact that I am incurring immense effort and expense as a result of this delay is dismissed with a shrug and a "we can't help it". No excuse, nothing at all. The printer / copier is the next cheek. My printer is broken, I urgently need 20 pages printed in black and white. Cost 6 euros. Of the 20 pages, exactly 1 was printed correctly. Everyone else is just noise. Information about "wrong file format" - it was a PDF - and otherwise the usual: "You can't do anything". Apparently the worst branch in Austria.
B	Bimmer King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich 0 Sterne geben, der Parkplatz ist viel zu klein und eng, die zu & ausfahrt sind eine Frechheit, andauernd gibt es Probleme mit der abholstation, des öfteren gehen Briefe wofür man einen gelben Zettel hat verloren. Also alles in allem ein echt absolut unfähiger inkompetenter Verein. If it were possible I would give it 0 stars, the parking lot is much too small and cramped, the to & exit are a cheek, there are constant problems with the pick-up station, letters often get lost for which you have a yellow slip of paper. So all in all a really absolutely incompetent incompetent club.

Ärger mit den Zustellungen ...; Bei 2 Paketen vom selben Absender bekommt man nur 1 Abholschein und entsprechend nur 1 Paket, weil in 2 unterschiedlichen Fächern deponiert. Dann denkt man entweder rasch genug mit und geht zum Schalter, um mittels Sendungsnummer Paket aus Abholbox zu bekommen, oder, wenn man nicht genau schaut, geht das nicht geholte Packerl natürlich wieder retour und der Prozess beginnt neu. Kopieren geht schon wieder seit mindestens 3 Wochen nicht, weil das Gerät nicht repariert wird. 4.3. 22: only problems or trouble with the deliveries ...; With 2 packages from the same sender you only get 1 pick-up ticket and accordingly only 1 package because it is deposited in 2 different compartments. Then you either think quickly enough and go to the counter to get the package from the pickup box using the tracking number, or if you don't look closely, the uncollected package is of course returned and the process begins again. Copying has not been possible for at least 3 weeks again because the device is not repaired.

Abstellgenehmigung bedeutet, dass nie geklingelt wird, auch wenn man daheim ist. Naja, wenigstens bekommt man die Pakete überhaupt. If you want the parcels guaranteed NOT to arrive on the day you want, select that day for parcel delivery. Parking permit means that the doorbell never rings, even when you are at home. Well, at least you get the packages at all.
S	Simon Lippa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Post geht mir nur noch am , das Paket aus Deutschland wurde mit 2-3 Tagen angegeben, gedauert hat es jetzt 6 tage. Heute (Samstag) ist das Paket natürlich auch nicht zugestellt worden, obwohl es nur 10 Minuten von mir entfernt liegt. Und abholen kann man es natürlich auch nicht?? So ein lächerlicher Dreck das ist unmöglich The mail only goes to me on , the package from Germany was given as 2-3 days, it now took 6 days. Of course, today (Saturday) the package was not delivered either, although it is only 10 minutes away from me. And of course you can't pick it up either?? Such ridiculous dirt that's impossible
