★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 3 Wochen benötigt um einen Rückruf für eine Besichtigung zu bekommen. Als es dann soweit sein sollte ist niemand erschienen, als ich anrief um Nachzufragen würde mir einfach kurz erklärt: „Hab ich wohl vergessen einzutragen“ und gleich danach aufgelegt.
Ich kann jedem nur raten die Finger von dieser Firma zu lassen und sich einen SERIÖSEN und ZUVERLÄSSIGEN Betrieb zu suchen.
In meinem Fall kommt nun leider dazu, dass es mittlerweile zu heiß ist um einen Rollrasen auszulegen.
It took me 3 weeks to get a call back for a viewing. When the time had come, no one showed up, when I called to ask questions, I was just told briefly: “I probably forgot to enter” and then hung up.
I can only advise everyone to stay away from this company and to look for a SERIOUS and RELIABLE company.
In my case, unfortunately, it is now too hot to lay out a turf.
