Magenta confirmed his visit, I delayed all my buisnesses for this, but he didn't come. I phoned them a few times. I spended so much time for a waiting in the line. When I told to their guy about this problem, he just hang up! My husband phoned them too, and what do you think they said? They wrote our address incorrectly, nobody will come, and we need to wait for this service another 2 weeks. I wrote them in Facebook, but they ignore me. Magenta doesn't respect their clients and their time. How can austrians work so badly? I am really sad about this situation and don't understand how it could be in the center of Europe. Shame on you, Magenta!
