Ich wurde im September 2021 schlecht beraten und musste deshalb mehr zahlen als eigentlich vereinbart weil mir Pakete zugebucht wurden die ich explizit nicht wollte. Mir wurde sogar bestätigt sie wurden gestrichen, war aber nicht so. Heute - 22.01.2022 - wollte ich mein Gerät zurückbringen weil mit der Hotline eine Vertragsauflösung vereinbart wurde. Die zwei anwesenden Damen haben gesagt das ist nicht möglich und ich muss in einen anderen Shop. Die Hotline hat mir zuvor bestätigt, dass dies in jedem Shop möglich ist! Absolute Frechheit, man hat sich mein Anliegen nicht mal richtig angehört. Dieser Shop ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen und die Behandlung dort eine Frechheit. Shop is not recommended at all. I was badly advised in September 2021 and therefore had to pay more than actually agreed because packages were booked that I explicitly did not want. I was even confirmed they were deleted, but it wasn't like that. Today - January 22, 2022 - I wanted to return my device because a contract termination had been agreed with the hotline. The two ladies present said that is not possible and I have to go to another shop. The hotline has previously confirmed to me that this is possible in every shop! Absolute cheek, you didn't even listen to my request properly. This shop is absolutely not to be recommended and the treatment there is a cheek.

I started off the conversation with I am here on behalf of my partner Miss G** and asked him to look into the matter. I gave him the number and password, showed him the email and after a few moments of gazing at my partner's contract on the computer I was told that the information she had received was incorrect, which is fair enough. But out of the blue this young man who looked like he'd just got out of high school and never seen a razor in his life had the audacity to ask me, a 43 year old man, "but you are not Miss G* are you?" and went on to explain about new laws in personal information.... I looked at the other shop worker who was of turkish decent and he seemed to be smiling as he was playing on his phone. Personally, I have been a Drei customer for over 8 years and will not be prolonging my current contract anymore because of this blatant disrespect. I suggest replacing your staff or re-schooling them because they are very cheeky, smug and disrespectful. According to the reviews of this shop on Google maps this is a reoccurring fact!
