H	Hans Sanft - Wien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Tierarztpraxis. Sehr, sehr freundlich. Vor 11Tagen sind 3 Katzen von uns sterilisiert worden lassen. Heute unproblematisch die Fäden gezogen. Ging ohne Termin. Sehr behutsam und sehr schnell. Parkplatz war bei beiden malen immer zu bekommen. Wer mit dem Bus kommt hat die Haltestelle des 83er direkt vor der Tür. Meine Empfehlung für den 2. Bezirk in Wien. Very good veterinary practice. Very, very friendly. We had 3 cats sterilized 11 days ago. Today the threads were pulled without any problems. Went without an appointment. Very carefully and very quickly. Parking was always available for both times. If you come by bus, the 83 stop is right outside the door. My recommendation for the 2nd district in Vienna.
H	H S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich kam mit meinem Hund, der angeblich eine Granne im Ohr hatte. Sie musste meinen Hund in Narkose versetzen und hat die Granne trotzdem nicht entfernt. Die Kontrolle habe ich bei meiner Tierärzten gemacht, dort wurde festgestellt, dass 1. Kein Fremdkörper im Ohr ist 2. Dass überall Wunden und Krusten waren, durch das herumstochern, auf der Suche nach der Granne und 3. Wurde sein Trommelfell durchstochen !!! Ich habe anscheinend dafür bezahlt, dass man das Ohr meines Hundes sehr stark verletzt und ihm Schmerzen zuführt! Die zusätzlichen Kosten die jetzt noch auf uns zukommen, sind ein Thema. Die Schmerzen die mein Hund dadurch hatte, ein ganz anderes! Ich hatte auch nicht das Gefühl, dass mit meinem Hund und mit mir freundlichen und gut umgegangen wurde. Es wäre mir lieber gewesen zu erfahren, dass sie es nicht kann und wir zu jemand anderes gehen sollten, als diese Geschichte!! Ich werde kein einziges meiner Tiere von dieser Ärztin jemals wieder behandeln lassen!! I absolutely cannot recommend it. I came with my dog, who supposedly had an awn in his ear. She had to put my dog under anesthesia and still didn't remove the awn. I did the check at my vets, they found that 1. There is no foreign body in the ear 2. That there were wounds and crusts everywhere, poking around, looking for the awn and 3. Was his eardrum pierced !!! I seem to have paid to get my dog's ear very badly injured and in pain! The additional costs that we now have to face are an issue. The pain my dog had as a result was completely different! I also didn't have the feeling that my dog and myself were treated in a friendly and good manner. I would have preferred to know that she can't and that we should go to someone else than this story !! I will never have any of my animals treated by this doctor again !!

Sie geht sehr auf die Tiere ein, auch auf ängstliche, und scheut keine Mühen, damit die Behandlungen für die Tiere weniger stressig und belastbar sind. Maria Theierling nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für ihre Patienten und geht mit Feingefühl auf die individuelle Bedürfnisse ihrer Patienten ein. So hatte ich nie ein schlechtes Gefühl, um mit meinem ängstlichen Kater zu ihr zu kommen. A great doctor with a knack for animals. Sie nimmt sich viel Zeit und war im Umgang mit den Hunden sehr einfühlsam und ruhig. Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Ganz klare Empfehlung meinerseits! Wir kommen wieder! I was there for the first time with my dogs today. Ms. Mag. Theierling is a very friendly, competent and accurate veterinarian. She takes a lot of time and was very empathetic and calm in dealing with the dogs. Prices are absolutely fine. Very clear recommendation on my part! We will be back!
