Obwohl es Sonntag war wurde mein Hund sofort operiert. Seit damals sind wir mit allen unseren Hunden dort. Ob Therapien, Vorsorge, Impfungem für Urlaub, Kastration, Einschläferung.....einfach alles perfekt, stresslos, liebevoll und sehr kompetent. Tier und Mensch fühlt sich dort gut aufhehoben. Hatte früher mehrmals Arzt gewechselt, weil ich nie zufrieden war. Tolles Team, tolle Ärztinnen, tolle Ordination!!!!! My first dog was severely bitten. At this point in time I was not yet a client at Elderschplatz. Even though it was Sunday, my dog was operated on immediately. We have been there with all of our dogs since then. Whether therapies, prevention, vaccinations for vacation, castration, euthanasia ..... everything is perfect, stress-free, loving and very competent. Animals and humans feel that they are in good hands there. I used to change doctors several times because I was never satisfied. Great team, great doctors, great ordination !!!!!

Seit 9 Jahren schon vertraue ich meine beiden Miezen und meine Hündin Daisy Frau Doktor Harra-Klarner und ihrem Team an. Hier arbeiten wahre Tierfreunde, denen das Wohl der Tiere am Herzen liegt. Sie nehmen sich Zeit für ihre vierbeinigen Patienten und deren Besitzer und beantworten alle Fragen geduldig. Das ist ein gutes Gefühl und dieses hält auch noch an, wenn man die Tierordination wieder verlässt. Denn im Notfall ist die Frau Doktor für das liebe Vieh rund um die Uhr – auch am Wochenende – erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat bereit. Und manchmal reicht schon der professionelle Rat der erfahrenen Tierärztin, damit man seinen Vierbeinern selbst ein wenig helfen kann. Was ich auch wirklich sehr schätze, ist das Angebot an Physiotherapie und komplementären Behandlungen wie Osteopathie, Craniosakraltherapie oder Homöopathie. Oft ist diese effektiver als die klassische Medizin und weitaus verträglicher. Meine Vierbeiner sind hier in den allerbesten Händen und ich bin froh und dankbar, dass ich in Frau Doktor Harra-Klarner eine Tierärztin gefunden habe, der ich voll und ganz vertraue und die ein großes Herz für Tiere hat. I can really recommend the Tierordination Elderschplatz to every pet owner. For 9 years I have been entrusting my two chicks and my dog Daisy to Doctor Harra-Klarner and her team. True animal lovers who care about the welfare of animals work here. They take time for their four-legged patients and their owners and answer all questions patiently. This is a good feeling and it lasts even after you leave the animal ordinance again. Because in an emergency, the doctor for the dear cattle is available around the clock - even on weekends - and is ready to offer advice and assistance. And sometimes the professional advice of the experienced vet is enough to help your four-legged friends a little. What I really appreciate is the range of physiotherapy and complementary treatments such as osteopathy, craniosacral therapy and homeopathy. Often this is more effective than classical medicine and far more tolerable. My four-legged friends are in the very best of hands here and I am happy and grateful that I have found a veterinarian in Frau Doktor Harra-Klarner whom I trust completely and who has a big heart for animals.
P	Patricia Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste, liebevollste und herzlichste Tierärztin ever ? das ganze Team ist mega nett und sogar die ängstlichsten Hunde lassen sich problemlos von Fr. Dr. Klarner behandeln. Leider mussten in den Jahren schon 4 Hunde über die Regenbogenbrücke gehen, aber auch in dieser schweren Zeit kann ich mir keine einfühlsamere Tierärztin vorstellen. Auch wenn am Wochenende, oder an einem Feiertag (sogar zu Weihnachten) mal ein Notfall eintritt, bekommt man telefonisch Rat, bzw kommt Fr. Klarner sogar in die Ordination. Seit 13 Jahren, seit Beginn der Ordination, mit unseren 7 Hunden mehr als zufrieden, mit einer Ausnahme, Fr. Klarner will sich immer meinen Zwergdackel behalten ???? Danke Frau Klarner, dass es Sie und Dr. Kovacsova gibt Best, loving and warmest veterinarian ever ? the whole team is super nice and even the most anxious dogs can be easily taken care of by Dr. Treat Klarner. Unfortunately, 4 dogs have had to walk over the rainbow bridge over the years, but even in this difficult time I can not imagine a more sensitive vet. Even if an emergency occurs on weekends or on a public holiday (even at Christmas), you can get advice by phone, or Ms. Klarner even comes to the office. For 13 years, since the beginning of the ordination, with our 7 dogs more than satisfied, with one exception, Mrs. Klarner always wants to keep my miniature dachshund ???? Jolly war nach der Behandlung nicht verstört, was bei einem Kanarienvögelchen sehr selten ist. Wir haben unsere ideale, kompetente Tierärztin endlich gefunden. Kann ich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Very neat ordination. Lady at reception extremely friendly. Very nice doctor, competent, knows what she is doing. Also patiently answered all of our questions. Jolly was not upset after the treatment, which is very rare for a canary. We have finally found our ideal, competent vet. I can warmly recommend that.

Die Gelassenheit, die beide Damen ausstrahlen wirkt auf Tiere und besorgte Tiebesitzer sehr beruhigend. Die Erfahrung mit Osteopathie die wir in dieser Ordination machen durften ist beeindruckend. Unsere Hunde profitieren von jeder Behandlung. Ms. Klarner and Ms. Pfeffer are very competent, empathetic and friendly. The serenity that both women radiate has a very calming effect on animals and concerned pet owners. The experience with osteopathy that we were able to make in this practice is impressive. Our dogs benefit from every treatment.
