★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der schlechteste Notar aller Zeiten. Ein Stern ist schon viel zu viel. Die positiven Bewertungen stammen sicher von ihm und seinen Mitarbeitern selbst. Wer gerne über ein Jahr auf sein Geld vom Hausverkauf warten will, der kann ihn nehmen. Für alle anderen: Finger weg! Er tut zuerst ein Dreivierteltes Jahr gar nichts und erst wenn man nachfragt, dann ist er kaum erreichbar und meint dann es fehle noch das und jenes und immer wieder kommt etwas Neues dazu, von dem er vorher anscheinend nichts wusste und so zögert sich der Hausverkauf immer weiter raus. ???
Worst notary ever. One star is way too many. The positive reviews certainly come from him and his employees themselves. If you want to wait over a year for your money from selling your home, you can take it. For everyone else: hands off! At first he does nothing for three quarters of the year and only when you ask, he is hardly available and then says there is still something missing and something new comes along that he didn't seem to know about beforehand and so the house sale is always hesitant further out. ???
