Wir sind unglaublich enttäuscht von dem furchtbaren Umgang mit langjährigen Kunden, die einmal eine Reklamation haben, welche nachweisbar nicht auf eine angeblich falsche Pflege zurückzuführen ist.
Die Mitarbeiter haben überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert gehandelt.
Auch nach Einsendung der Ware zur Reklamationsstelle wurden wir als Kunde im Stich gelassen. Rückfragen blieben dann unbeantwortet.
Eigentlich sollte jedes Unternehmen glücklich über ein ehrliches Feedback sein.
Schade, dass man als Kunde bei weitaus günstigeren Anbietern willkommener ist!
Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen werden wir hier keine Waren mehr kaufen.
Uns hat man als wirklich treuen Kunden verloren.

We are incredibly disappointed by the terrible way we deal with long-standing customers who once have a complaint that can not be traced back to allegedly incorrect maintenance.
The employees did not act in a customer-oriented manner at all.
Even after the goods were sent to the complaint office, we were left in the lurch as a customer. Queries then went unanswered.
Actually, every company should be happy about honest feedback.
It's a shame that you are more welcome as a customer with much cheaper providers!
Based on our experience, we will no longer buy goods here.
We have been lost as really loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Ich finde die Qualität von dem Münchener Modeunternehmen MAERZ sehr gut. Von den ausgewählten Stoffen, bis hin zu den Farbvariationen, bei MAERZ ist alles erste Klasse. Auch die Modeberaterinnen sind sehr kompetent und nett. Lediglich fehlt mir die youngstyle Moderichtung bei MAERZ, wie es z.B. bei Tommy Hilfiger (Denim) oder Lacoste (Young Fashion) der Fall ist. Sonst alles top!
? I think the quality of the Munich fashion company MAERZ is very good. From the selected fabrics to the color variations, everything is first class at MAERZ. The fashion consultants are also very competent and nice. I just miss the young style fashion direction at MAERZ, as it e.g. Tommy Hilfiger (denim) or Lacoste (young fashion). Everything else great!
