j	j maty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a veery cold room with a big hole open to the outside hidden behind a small service door (see picture). It was barely over 12°C in the room, regardless of the almost non-existing heating. We've had a 2yo child. Not the place I'd want to stay in winter again... They're switched the room to a bugger one with "acceptable" temperature, but still, it saß an unpleasant stay.

L	L T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service and average food, unpleasant surprize when the bill came and the still watter was eight euro a bottle. I do not like hidden costs and our friends were realy upset which kinda ruined the fun for the evening. Usualy I do not give bad reviews and I do not like people giving bad reviews, but the owner of the place was at a nearby table and he did not care about this situation, he was a bit rude.

E	Eli Zamet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room for a fair price , over the restorant/pub, like in the old days. Room in a 500 year old building yet modern and in excellent condition. Staff is very nice and location is simplly perfect. 5 min walk from rhe the huge monesterry , lovely exibit at a fair price , old town with nice restorants 3 min walk and rveny privat be parking by the room - fantastic - loved it.

The room was very dirty, there were many huge spiders and spider webs everywhere - which indicates the room isn't being cleaned often. Also, it was a hot day and the room doesn't have an air conditioner so we were sweating all night and couldn't sleep! The breakfast was also the worst I ate in Austria during my 2 weeks stay here. There's definitely much to improve.
O	Olivia Dedita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't worth a visit. Few entries in the menu, which normally wouldn't be a problem, as you would expected them to be cooked flawlessly. But the food had no taste whatsoever. The dishes have bland taste and presentation, we only ate because we were hungry and other restaurants in Melk were closed. We will not return.
