Einzig der Kanzleidiener im 1. Stock ist sehr freundlich und um alle Antragsteller bemüht.
 Due to prior online appointments, waiting times are now shorter. The officials, however, remained unfriendly and prepotent.
Only the clerk on the first floor is very friendly and takes care of all applicants.

For a residency permit extension after 3 months of waiting, till now they asked me 3 times for my photo, two times for KSV1870, 2 times passport copy!!
The only good part are the security people by the entrance!
