Das Kind musste allerdings persönlich kommen. Emergency passport for my 2 year old son on presentation of photos and documents quickly and especially unbureaucratic. Ich war aber ohne Termin dort habe mein Anliegen trotzdem rasch erledigt. Das Personal ist - am Maßstab eines Wiener Amtes gemessen - freundlich. Es wird effizient gearbeitet, die Freundlichkeit der BeamtInnen ist groß und manche Kundschaft, die Sorgen und Probleme mit ihrem Reisedokument haben sieht man erleichtert heim gehen. M	Mirnesa Pendek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unglaublich unfreundlich und inkompetent! 8 Minuten gewartet, dann einfach aufgelegt! 1. hat eine Dame abgehoben, ich habe ihr mein Anliegen geschildert, dann war ich plötzlich wieder in der Warteschleife, ohne dass ein Wort gesagt wurde 2. dann hat dann eine andere Dame abgehoben, hat mich mal angefaucht in welchem Bezirk ich mit einen Termin ausmachen möchte, meinte ich „ich wohne im 21ten“ , hat sie mich wieder angefaucht, dass ich ihr sagen soll, in welchem Bezirk, meinte ich „ sie kann mir im ganz Wien einen Termin geben“, dann war sie extrem genervt und hat beinhart aufgelegt. Ich habe 8 Minuten in der Warteschleife gewartet, damit mir einfach aufgelegt wird. Unfassbar!!!! incredibly rude and incompetent! Waited 8 minutes, then just hung up! 1. a lady answered the phone, I described my request to her, then suddenly I was on hold again without a word being said 2. Then another lady picked up the phone, hissed at me in which district I would like to make an appointment with, I said "I live in the 21st", she hissed at me again that I should tell her in which district, meant I “she can give me an appointment anywhere in Vienna”, then she was extremely annoyed and hung up like a rock. I waited 8 minutes on hold to just hang up. Incomprehensible!!!!
