Die Rezeptionistin ist total freundlich und die Ärztin top. Sie zwängt niemandem eine Behandlungen auf nur um sich zu bereichern und ist unglaublich kompetent. Da können sich manch andere Schönheitschirurgen was abschauen. Danke und bis bald. ? Great receptionist and great doctor. I will definitely have my next Botox and Hayluron treatments done at M1. The receptionist is very friendly and the doctor is great. She doesn't force treatments on anyone just to get rich and is incredibly competent. Many other cosmetic surgeons can learn something from that. Thank you and see you soon. ?

A	Anna Heger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich auf keinen Fall empfehlen! Meiner Meinung nach schaut die Ärztin ausschließlich auf den Profit und gar nicht auf den Kundenwunsch. Sie hat mir 1 ml hyaluron in die Lippen gespritzt (was für mein Gesicht viel zu viel war), obwohl ich mehrmals betont hatte dass ich ein möglichst natürliches Ergebnis möchte. Aber je mehr ml desto teurer, logisch. Außerdem hat die Ärztin meine Lippen total schief gespritzt und nachdem ich sie darauf angesprochen habe, hat sie in einer sehr unprofessionellen und unangenehmen Tonlage darauf 'verwiesen' dass das eine 'normale Schwellung' sei und diese nach 1 Woche abklingen werde. Ich habe aber recht behalten, da meine Lippen nach einer Woche immer noch schief waren, stellenweise bis heute noch. Zudem habe ich einige Tage nach der Behandlung Lippenherpes bekommen, ich weiß nicht wovon das kam aber der Besuch bei m1 beauty war einfach eine sehr unangenehme und zudem extrem teure Erfahrung für mich, die ich mir hätte ersparen können. I definitely cannot recommend it! In my opinion, the doctor only looks at the profit and not at all on the customer's wishes. She injected 1 ml of hyaluronic acid into my lips (which was way too much for my face), although I had emphasized several times that I wanted a result that was as natural as possible. But the more ml the more expensive, of course. In addition, the doctor injected my lips completely crooked and after I asked her about it, she 'pointed out' in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable tone that this was a 'normal swelling' and that it would subside after 1 week. But I was right, as my lips were still crooked after a week, in some places still to this day. In addition, I got cold sores a few days after the treatment, I don't know what that came from, but the visit to m1 beauty was simply a very unpleasant and extremely expensive experience for me that I could have saved myself.

Was mir auch gut gefällt dass sie eher zu weniger als zu mehr rät. Obwohl ich sicher 4ml in die Wangen wollte hat sie mir abgeraten, was natürlich aber Geld bedeutet hätte. Sympathisch. Auch botox hat weit mehr als 3 Monate gehalten. ? ich kanns weiter empfehlen. Scheduling an appointment is great. You can get an appointment relatively quickly. The employees are friendly and the doctor is nice too. What I also like is that she advises less rather than more. Although I definitely wanted 4ml in my cheeks, she advised me against it, which of course would have meant money. Friendly. Also botox lasted well over 3 months. ? I can recommend it.
M	Max Maier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Scheint eine Art Fließbandbetrieb zu sein. Wurde sehr knapp zurückgerufen, dass ein Termin kurzfristig frei sei. Bin dann extra nach Graz gefahren und wurde nicht mehr drangenommen, weil ich mich um knapp 10 Minuten verspätet hatte. Wegen 10 Minuten. Das muss man sich mal vorstellen. Angeblich wegen Covid-Bestimmungen. Hab ich aber noch bei keinem anderen Arzt so erlebt während der Pandemie! Dabei war nur ich und eine weitere Patientin dort. Bin geimpft und die nächste Patientin war es auch. Total lächerlich. Hab mitkommen,dass die nächste Patienten schon 20 Minuten nach mir drangenommen wäre. Wie soll sich da eine vernünftige Beratung und Behandlung ausgehen? Das wäre in meinem Fall extrem knapp geworden und wohl nur Stresserei. Bezweifle, ob ich da ein gutes Ergebnis bekommen hätte. Ist mir zu unsympathisch. Da zahle ich lieber etwas mehr und werde als Patient wertgeschätzt. I can't recommend it at all. Seems like an assembly line operation. Was called back very shortly that an appointment was free at short notice. Then I drove to Graz and was no longer answered because I was almost 10 minutes late. Because of 10 minutes. You have to imagine this. Allegedly because of Covid regulations. But I haven't seen anything like this with any other doctor during the pandemic! Only I and one other patient were there. I was vaccinated and so was the next patient. Totally ridiculous. I noticed that the next patient would have come after me in 20 minutes. How should a sensible consultation and treatment turn out? In my case, that would have been extremely tight and probably just stressful. I doubt if I would have gotten a good result there. Is too unsympathetic to me. I would rather pay a little more and be valued as a patient.

Habe einen vor ca. 2 Monaten einen Termin vereinbart 3 Tage davor nochmal angerufen und als ich den dann wahrnehmen wollte war nicht einmal die Ärztin da! Darauf hin habe ich bei anderen schönheitskliniken angerufen die mir sagten dass sie viele kunden zum nachbessern haben. 2 Stunden Gefahren für NICHTS! I can't recommend it at all! I made an appointment about 2 months ago, called again 3 days before and when I wanted to see the doctor wasn't even there! I then called other beauty clinics who told me that they had many customers to touch up. 2 hours of danger for NOTHING!
C	Claudia Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Lippenunterspritzung mit Hyaluron durchführen lassen. Nachdem ich die FFP2 Maske abgelegt habe, hörte ich "oh, da ist ja gar nichts da". Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich komplizierte Lippen habe und wir ganz bestimmt nicht das Ergebnis erzielen werden, das ich mir vorstelle. Mir wurde auch gesagt, dass ich mit Sicherheit mindestens 4 Sitzungen brauchen würde. Ich ließ dennoch die erste Unterspritzung vornehmen, die innerhalb von 10 Minuten ziemlich unsanft abgehandelt wurde. Es wurde nur ein halber Milliliter genommen, dann wurde ich entlassen. Die Tage danach hatte ich starke Schmerzen und war komplett blau. Das Ergebnis nach mehreren Wochen war kaum sichtbar und nicht symmetrisch. Ich begab mich also zu einer anderen Ärztin. Dort erhielt ich eine intensive Beratung, eine tolle Behandlung (1,5h), ich war danach kaum blau und hatte kaum Schmerzen. I had lip injections with hyaluronic acid. I was also told that I would definitely need at least 4 sessions. Nevertheless, I had the first injection done, which was dealt with fairly roughly within 10 minutes. Only half a milliliter was taken, then I was released. The days after that I was in severe pain and completely blue. The result after several weeks was barely visible and not symmetrical. So I went to another doctor. There I received intensive advice, a great treatment (1.5 hours), I was hardly blue afterwards and had hardly any pain.

(Lippen und Stirn) Kann die negativen Bewertungen bezüglich der Freundlichkeit der Ärztin nicht nachvollziehen,ist natürlich nur meine persönliche Erfahrung aber sie war zu mir nie unfreundlich und hab mich wohl gefühlt! und die Damen an der Rezeption und bei der Terminvergabe per Mail sind super nett
