Nachuntersuchung trotz unangenehmer Verhärtungen im Operationsbereich nur in einer bestimmten Woche möglich, in der ich Urlaub gebucht hatte - muss ihn jetzt stornieren, da absolut kein anderer Termin (trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen) möglich war. Zuverlässigkeit der Assistentin auch absolut nicht vorhanden - trotz versprochenem Rückruf habe ich diesen nie erhalten und musste nachtelefonieren. Am very disappointed. Follow-up examination, despite uncomfortable hardening in the operating area, is only possible in a certain week in which I had booked my vacation - must cancel it now, since absolutely no other appointment (despite multiple inquiries) was possible. Herr Dr. Ensat war sehr freundlich. Komme gerne wieder. So far I have been to the hyaluronic acid treatment twice and have always been very satisfied with the result.
