Als ich dann vor Ort war wurde ich freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Mir wurde genau erklärt wie meine gewünschte Behandlung (sugaring) abläuft und welche Produkte Verwendet werden. Man fühlte sich in den Händen von Frau Clarissa sofort wohl und es herrschte eine entspannte, lockere Atmosphäre. Auch am Ende der Behandlung wurde mir nochmals genau erklärt auf was ich danach alles achten sollte. Mit dem Endergebnis war ich sehr zufrieden. When I was there I was greeted warmly and warmly. I was explained exactly how my desired treatment (sugaring) works and which products are used. Die vorige negative Bewertung kann ich weder orthographisch noch inhaltlich nachvollziehen. Great studio for eyelashes and nails. I tried both and I am very satisfied. Polite, competent and customer friendly. I cannot understand the previous negative evaluation either orthographically or in terms of content.

Zu den Nägeln: Nach ca. 6 Jahren Gelnägel bei verschiedensten Anbietern (nie wirklich ganz zufrieden) habe ich bei FrenchKiss endlich die Perfektion die ich mir schon immer wünschte, gefunden. Zu den Wimpern: Qualitativ sehr hochwertig, das Setzen der Wimpern ist sehr angenehm und entspannend Dank einfühlsamen und freundlichen Personals, sowie der angenehmen Atmosphäre. Allgemein: Auf Wünsche wird sehr gut eingegangen; Team und Chefin sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Studio ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Termine sollte man sich vorzeitig einteilen, jedoch sind sie bei kleinen Notfällen auch flexibel. Sehr verdiente 5 Sterne. Years of satisfied customer. Let me make nails and eyelashes there. To the nails: After approx. 6 years gel nails with most different offerers (never really completely satisfied) I found at FrenchKiss finally the perfection which I always wished, found. To the eyelashes: High quality, the eyelashes setting is very pleasant and relaxing thanks to the empathetic and friendly staff, as well as the pleasant atmosphere. General: Wishes are received very well; Team and boss are very nice and friendly. The studio is very nicely decorated. Dates should be arranged ahead of time, but they are also flexible in case of small emergencies. Very deserved 5 stars.
J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besitzerin sehr unhöflich. Die Behandlung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Mitarbeiterin hat meine Nagelhaut derart bearbeitet, dass ich geblutet hab. Das Ergebnis vom Schellack war leider schlecht, da er Bläschen gebildet hat. Die Besitzerin meinte einfach nur: "das kann nun mal passieren" und wollte mir nichts nachlassen. Warum soll ich den vollen Preis bezahlen, obwohl das Ergebnis schlecht ist? Nachtrag: es ist Lustig, dass die Inhaberin mir unterstellt zu lügen. So behandelt man keine zahlenden Kunden, nur so als Tipp. Ich habe sehr wohl geblutet, eine Frechheit das zu verneinen und mir zu unterstellen, ich würde nicht bei der Wahrheit bleiben. DAS sagt schon alles über diesen Laden eigentlich. Bitte spart euch die Mühe und geht zu einem professionellen Studio, wo die Betreiber auch wissen, wie man mit Kunden umgeht und vor allem mit öffentlicher Kritik. Es wurde auch nichts ausgebessert, da die Bläschen auf fast jedem Nagel waren, was ich auch angesprochen habe und nach langem Hin und Her wurde ein kleiner Betrag nachgelassen (viel zu wenig für das katastrophale Ergebnis) Wer sollte hier bei der Wahrheit bleiben? Eine Ungeheuerlichkeit sondergleichen! Owner very rude. The treatment was unsatisfactory. The employee worked on my cuticles in such a way that I bled. The result from the shellac was unfortunately bad because it formed bubbles. The owner simply said: "That can happen" and didn't want to let up on me. Why should I pay the full price when the result is bad? Addendum: it is funny that the owner reports to me to lie. This is not how you treat paying customers, just as a tip. I bled very well, a cheek to deny that and to assume that I would not stay with the truth. THAT actually says everything about this store. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a professional studio, where the operators also know how to deal with customers and above all with public criticism. Nothing was touched up either, since the blisters were on almost every nail, which I also mentioned and after a long back and forth a small amount was reduced (far too little for the catastrophic result) Who should stick to the truth here? An enormity beyond compare!

Telefonisch habe ich mein Problem geschildert und daraufhin habe ich noch am selben Tag einen Termin bekommen ! Die Kosmetikerin hätte normalerweise nur bis 18uhr gearbeitet, ist wegen mir und meinem Problem länger geblieben.. Ich muss wirklich sagen sehr kompetentes personal, man wird vorher genau beraten, bekommt gute tipps und man merkt dass hier mit viel liebe zum Beruf gearbeitet wird. Top Studio mitten in Graz!! Sehr empfehlenswert! I was there for the first time today. In the short term, I called there because my skin urgently needed treatment. By telephone I have described my problem and then I got an appointment on the same day! The beautician would normally only have worked until 6 o'clock and stayed longer because of me and my problem .. I really have to say very competent staff, you will be advised in advance, get good tips and you realize that here with a lot of love for the job is working. Top studio in the middle of Graz !! Highly recommended!

Sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter die wirklich auf die Wünsche eingehen und man hat zusätzlich nicht das Gefühl das die Mitarbeiter einem die Produkte andrehen wollen, sondern sie legen sie einem ans Herz, sodass man sie gerne kauft! Behandlung ebenfalls einwandfrei und ich freue mich schon auf die nächste und die hoffentlich guten Resultate am Ende! Sehr zum empfehlen! I said I had a train to catch but 0900 was ok. I arrive 10 till 0900 the girl is late. The owner comes in and said oh you sent email to confirm appointment and you confuse me and I asked why didn’t you reply to clarify. She was just very very rude. I said I could not wait it was 0930 and I had to go. She said good that I was leaving. I would not recommend this place.
