★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trainBlue ist für mich DIE Adresse wenn es um Crossfit in Graz geht. Die Trainer sind alle gut ausgebildet und stets bemüht die Trainierenden auszubessern und gleichzeitig zu motivieren - keine leichte Sache!
Das Equipment wird ständig erweitert und die WODs dadurch nie fad.
Das Programming ist eine gute Mischung aus Schinderei und Quality bzw. Technik. Durch Sondereinheiten (Gym, Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, etc.), die wöchentlich stattfinden, kann man selber entscheiden wohin man sich orientieren will.
 For me, trainBlue is THE address when it comes to Crossfit in Graz. The trainers are all well trained and always try to improve and motivate the trainees at the same time - not an easy thing!
The equipment is constantly being expanded and the WODs are never boring.
The programming is a good mix of drag and quality or technology. With special units (gym, conditioning, Olympic lifting, etc.) that take place weekly, you can decide for yourself where you want to orientate yourself.
