Terminwünsche werden so gut es geht immer berücksichtigt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kompetent betreut. I have been a customer for years and am always very satisfied. My eyelashes are always great and the staff are always keen and friendly. Appointments are always taken into account as much as possible. You feel very comfortable and competently looked after.

Toooop Beratung, super Betreuung angenehmes Ambiente und sehr sehr freundlich. Und Preisleistung stimmt auch ! 5* :-) Was here for the first time today and can only recommend everyone who wants to have beautiful eyelashes to make an appointment! Auch die Stylistinnen arbeiten unglaublich genau und gewissenhaft. Die Wimpern halten dementsprechend lange und sind ausgesprochen schön. Qualität und Service top. Very professional and friendly reception with detailed and competent advice. The lady at the front desk puts her heart and soul into the matter. The stylists also work incredibly precisely and conscientiously. The eyelashes therefore last a long time and are extremely beautiful. Quality and service top.

R	Romana Bischl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte jetzt ca 6 Monate lang eine Wimpernverdichtung und war sehr sehr zufrieden. Ich bin wirklich froh, mich für dieses Studio entschlossen zu haben. Die Arbeit ist höchst professionell und die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aus persönlichen Gründen muss ich jetzt leider eine Zeit lang auf meine Verdichtung verzichten und vermisse es jetzt schon. Der Augenaufschlag war einfach unvergleichlich. Der Wimpernkranz war voll und perfekt geschwungen, ohne übertrieben zu wirken. Die Entfernung der Restwimpern war schnell und schmerzlos, meine eigenen Wimpern sind ganz genau so, wie sie vorher waren. Die Verdichtung hat ihnen also überhaupt nicht geschadet. Ich freue mich schon, wenn ich meine Wimpernverdichtung wieder bekomme und möchte nirgends anders hin dafür als zu Luxus Lashes! I had eyelash thickening for about 6 months and was very, very satisfied. I am really happy to have chosen this studio. The work is highly professional and the staff are all super friendly and courteous. For personal reasons I have to do without my compression for a while and I already miss it. The glance was simply incomparable. The lash line was full and perfectly curved without looking over the top. The removal of the remaining eyelashes was quick and painless, my own eyelashes are exactly as they were before. So the compression didn't hurt them at all. I'm already looking forward to getting my eyelash thickening again and I don't want to go anywhere else for it than Luxus Lashes!

Ich wurde von Petra perfekt betreut, sie hat mich über allles genau informiert und ist auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen. Das Ergebnis ist perfekt und die Wimpern schauen auch nach einer Woche noch aus wie am ersten Tag. Absolute Empfehlung!! I was at LuxusLashes Lounge Vienna for the first time a week ago and am more than satisfied with my eyelashes. I was looked after perfectly by Petra, she informed me about everything and responded to all my wishes. The result is perfect and the eyelashes still look like the first day after a week. Absolute recommendation!!
V	Violeta V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Empfehlung! in letzter Sekunde wurde ein seit Wochen vereinbarter Termin mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit storniert. Ich war schon unterwegs zum Termin. Alternativtermin erst Tage später zu Mittag unter der Woche. Zu einem hat die liebe Dame gewusst, dass ich Termine unter Woche zur Mittagszeit aufgrund meines Jobs nicht wahrnehmen kann. Zum anderen hatte ich die Wimpern fürs Wochenende benötigt wegen einer Feier. Es war ihr egal und sie hat sich nicht mal bemüht einen Termin doch noch zu ermöglichen. Es waren genug Wimpernstylisten im Geschäft. Kundenanbindung geht so sicher nicht! No recommendation! At the last second, an appointment that had been made for weeks was canceled as a matter of course. I was already on my way to the appointment. Alternative date only days later at noon during the week. For one thing, the dear lady knew that I couldn't keep appointments during the weekday at lunchtime because of my job. On the other hand, I needed the eyelashes for the weekend because of a party. It didn't matter to her and she didn't even try to make an appointment possible. There were enough eyelash stylists in the shop. Customer connection is not so safe!
