★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfreundliches Personal. Eine Dame hat mich sehr zynisch, respektlos und unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich meine leeren Behälter gefälligst auszuwaschen habe. Ich musste diese im Geschäft selbst auswaschen und die Mitarbeiter schauten mir zu. Die Begründung war wegen COVID19, Covid19 ist eine Infektion über die Atemwege und nicht über Gegenstände und außerdem kann man Handschuhe anziehen. Ich werde nicht mehr dort einkaufen gehen, so unfreundlich bin ich schon lange nicht mehr behandelt worden.
rude staff. A lady pointed out to me in a very cynical, disrespectful and unfriendly manner that I should kindly wash out my empty containers. I had to wash these out myself in the shop and the staff watched me. The reason was because of COVID19, Covid19 is an infection via the respiratory tract and not via objects and you can also wear gloves. I won't go shopping there anymore, I haven't been treated that rude for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came there as a tourist that could barely speak (i was sick and previously that day a staff member in another store refused to help me) and the ladies were so understanding they answered all of my questiones (and i had a lot of them) and their english was perfect. I think that their knowledge of english and information about products is a winning combination.
