★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal mit sehr guter Beratung. Das tolle ist, dass das Sortiment oft wechselt und man so die Gelegenheit hat Naturkosmetikmarken aus aller Welt zu testen. Sehr große Auswahl auch in Kombination mit dem Onlineshop.
 Very friendly and competent staff with very good advice. The great thing is that the range changes often and you have the opportunity to test natural cosmetics brands from all over the world. Very large selection also in combination with the online shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich kenn kein zweites geschäft, bei dem die mitarbeiterinnen so freundlich, kompetent und hilfreich sind! da wird man beraten und man hat auch nicht das gefühl, das einem etwas zwanghaft angedreht wird. weiters mag ich, dass es eine große auswahl an plastikreduzierter/plastikfreier kosmetik gibt. bin wirklich sehr zufrieden :)
i don't know any other business where the employees are so friendly, competent and helpful! you get advice and you don't have the feeling that something is being forced on you. I also like that there is a large selection of plastic-reduced / plastic-free cosmetics. am really very satisfied :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einer meiner liebsten Stores überhaupt mitten im Herzen von Graz❤️Kompetentes Verkaufspersonal, modern (eigentlich unvergleichlich in ganz Graz) , sowie alles Naturkosmetik! Machen auch ganz tolle Typberatungen bei der dekorativen Kosmetik und punkten vor allem durch großes Fachwissen (Ist ja auch nicht so alltäglich...) Sollte etwas nicht auf Lager sein, wird es sofort für dich bestellt und man bekommt eine telefonische Benachrichtigung. Top Service eben. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!
One of my favorite stores in the heart of GrazCompetent sales staff, modern (actually incomparable in all of Graz), as well as all natural cosmetics! We also do great type advice on decorative cosmetics and score points above all with great specialist knowledge (It's not so commonplace ...) If something is not in stock, it will be ordered for you immediately and you will be notified by telephone. Simply top service. Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable!

A wonderful natural cosmetics shop :) TOP products and kind and helpful orders! Recommended for all lovers of eco-friendly cosmetics (the real one) - it is in the center so if you go to Graz for a trip it is very convenient to reach!

Called the HQ where their depot is, and although they don't offer a store pickup option on the website, they put my article into an internal shipment so that I could pick it up at the store. Thanks you - this is great customer service!
