Das positive zuerst: Unsere neue Küche von Luca’s Küchenwelt gefällt uns und wir denken, dass der Preis in Ordnung war. Leider haben jedoch zum vereinbarten Montagetermin die Elektrogeräte gefehlt, worüber wir erst bei der Übergabe der unfertigen Küche informiert wurden. Auf den Zusatzkosten bleiben wir natürlich sitzen (z.B.: zeitweise Ersatzanschaffungen eines Kühlschranks usw.). Das bestellte Bad ist aus unserer Sicht leider eine Fehlplanung. Der aufliegende Waschtisch ist deutlich über 95 cm hoch (DIN-Norm!), sprich wir dürfen das Bad nicht in der Wohnung lassen, sollten wir einmal ausziehen müssen. Zudem sind wir nicht besonders groß und müssen uns an den Unterschrank anlehnen. Der ist natürlich mit Push-to-Open ausgerüstet, sprich wir werden beim Händewaschen jedes Mal vom Waschtisch weggedrückt. Wer sich selbst gut mit Küche und Bad auskennt und kein Problem mit einem Liefer- bzw. Montagechaos hat, ist möglicherweise gut bei Luca’s Küchenwelt aufgehoben, von uns gibt es keine Empfehlung. Unfortunately, we cannot agree with the positive reviews. The positive first: We like our new kitchen from Luca’s Kitchen World and we think the price was right. Unfortunately, the electrical appliances were missing on the agreed assembly date, which we were only informed about when the unfinished kitchen was handed over. Of course, we remain seated on the additional costs (e.g .: replacement of a refrigerator, etc.). In our opinion, the ordered bathroom is unfortunately a bad plan. The washbasin on top is well over 95 cm high (DIN standard!), I.e. we are not allowed to leave the bathroom in the apartment if we have to move out. In addition, we are not particularly tall and have to lean against the base cabinet. It is of course equipped with push-to-open, i.e. we are pushed away from the washbasin every time we wash our hands. Anyone who knows their way around the kitchen and bathroom well and has no problem with delivery or assembly chaos may be in good hands with Luca’s kitchen world, we do not make any recommendations.
