Sehr ungewöhnlich war, dass mir kein Kostenvoranschlag ausgehändigt wurde. Mein Berater meinte, dass es nicht möglich sei, einen Kostenvoranschlag zu bekommen. Deshalb habe ich mich schließlich gegen eine Auftragserteilung entscheiden und leider viel Zeit verloren. Although my advisor was friendly and hard-working, I had to wait a long time for my two consultation appointments. It was very unusual that I was not given a quote. My advisor said it was not possible to get a quote. That's why I finally decided against placing an order and unfortunately lost a lot of time.

Während des Umbaus unserer Wohnung hatten wir mit vielen Firmen zu tun und ich muss sagen, dass die Küchencity Süd eine der besten Firmen war. Von der ersten Beratung über die Planung bis hin zur Umsetzung waren hier sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter am Werk. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei unserem Berater Herr Vukmanovic, der uns zugehört hat, unsere Wünsche super aufgegriffen hat und für uns eine super Küche geplant hat. Danke für das tolle Endergebnis! Absolut empfehlenswert! Great advice, great products, great bottom line! During the renovation of our apartment we had to do with many companies and I have to say that Küchencity Süd was one of the best companies. From the first consultation through planning to implementation, very friendly and competent employees were at work. We would like to especially thank our consultant Mr. Vukmanovic, who listened to us, took up our wishes and planned a great kitchen for us. Thanks for the great end result! Highly Recommended!

Sobald der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist und man etwas benötigt, finden man keinen Ansprechpartner. Ich wurde von einem Mitarbeiter zum nächsten verbunden, keine Rückrufe und keine Antwort auf meine E-Mails. Plötzlich wollte keiner für mich zuständig sein. Als ich mit der Geschläftsleitung sprechen wollte, hieß es vom Verkäufer wörtlich: "Die Geschäftsleitung ist für Kunden nicht erreichbar, Sie können es aber gerne versuchen." Auch finanzielles oder sonstiges Entgegenkommen auf Grund der Unannehmlichkeiten gibt es bei diesem Unternehmen nicht. Stay away from this company. As described in previous reviews, the KCS is all about selling. As soon as the contract is concluded and you need something, you won't find a contact person. I got connected from one employee to the next, no callbacks and no response to my emails. Suddenly nobody wanted to be responsible for me. When I wanted to speak to the management, the seller said literally: "The management cannot be reached by customers, but you are welcome to try." There is also no financial or other concession due to the inconvenience with this company.

War auf der Suche für den Ersatz einer kaputten Spüle und neue Griffe und man konnte mir noch nicht mal sagen welche Größe ich benötigen würde oder wer mir sonst dabei helfen könnte. Terrible. No after-sales service and just plain unfriendly. Was looking to replace a broken sink and new handles and I couldn't even tell what size I would need or who else could help me.

Samstag 15.30 Uhr, Die Angestellten haben keinen Hehl daraus gemacht, dass sie um 15 Uhr keine große Lust mehr hatten eine Küche zu planen, die Küche wurde dann geplant aber es wurde nicht auf uns eingegangen, wir würden auch nicht großartig gefragt was wir uns vorstellen. Diese Erfahrung war sehr enttäuschend. The advice was solala. Saturday 3.30 p.m., The staff made no secret of the fact that at 3 p.m. they no longer wanted to plan a kitchen, the kitchen was then planned but we were not taken into account, we would not be asked what we wanted. This experience was very disappointing.

v	va wael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big shop which is all about kitchens with a lot of specimens. Probably a good starting point for getting an idea of what you can expect from a new kitchen. The presentation isn't as nice as in some other shops though.
