★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor ungefähr 30 Minuten war ich in im Brauanu Notdienst und bekam Medikamente, die ich in der Apotheke abholen musste. Ich kam vor die Apotheke und rief die Tür an, weil es nur eine Apotheke in der Stadt war um diese Uhrzeit und eine Person, die drinnen arbeitete, zu mir sagte, ich sollte warten. Nach mehr als 3 Minuten klingelte ich erneut, weil niemand zur Tür hereinkam. Als die Person (blondes Mädchen)hab ich leider den namen nicht gesehen auf dem Schild, endlich runterkam, gab ich mein Rezept ab und bat um Medikamente, und sie sagte in aggressivem Ton, warum ich ein anderes Mal klingelte, als sie sagte, sie käme sofort, sie verdrehte die Augen und handelte unprofessionell. Diese Art von Verhalten wird von der Person, die da ist, um Menschen zu helfen, nicht akzeptiert. Ich habe auch natürlich das Medikament nicht genommen,weil keiner muss mit agressiven erscheinen und mit solchen Ton behandelt werden. Sehr Unprofesionell. Und jetzt muss ich leider ohne Medikamente mich heilen. Danke
About 30 minutes ago I was in the Brauanu emergency service and received medication that I had to collect from the pharmacy. I came to the pharmacy and called the door because there was only one pharmacy in town at this hour and a person working inside told me to wait. After more than 3 minutes I rang the bell again because no one came in the door. As the person (blonde girl) I unfortunately didn't see the name on the sign, finally came down, I gave my prescription and asked for medication, and she said in an aggressive tone why I rang the bell another time when she said she would come immediately, she rolled her eyes and acted unprofessionally. This type of behavior is not accepted by the person who is there to help people. I didn't take the medication, of course, because nobody has to appear aggressive and be treated with such clay. Very unprofessional. And now, unfortunately, I have to heal myself without medication. Thank you
