★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jetzt 20 Jahre in dieser Praxis. Letztes Jahr habe ich ein Mail geschrieben, dass ich mit etwas nicht einverstanden bin. Diese Mail kann jeder gerne sehen. Es wurde freundlich formuliert. (Es ging um eine Rechnung) Heute wollte ich einen Termin zur Vorsorge vereinbaren. Da wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich nicht mehr in die Praxis kommen darf, da der Arzt dies Aufgrund meines Mails nicht mehr möchte. Jetzt mal ernsthaft. Dies ist total unprofessionell. Traurig so eine Vorgehensweise.
I have been in this practice for 20 years. Last year I wrote an email that I disagree with something. Everyone is welcome to see this mail. It was worded in a friendly way. (It was about an invoice) Today I wanted to make an appointment for the prevention. Then I was told that I was no longer allowed to come to the practice because the doctor no longer wanted to do so because of my email. Seriously now. This is totally unprofessional. Such a sad approach.
