Es wird sehr viel Wert auf kleine Details gelegt, die die Anprobe zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machen. Vielen vielen Dank, liebe Sophie :) My try-on appointment with Sophie was very nice :) My girls and I were thrilled and you feel really comfortable. A lot of value is placed on small details that make fitting a special experience. Thank you very much, dear Sophie :)
A	Aurora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein unglaublich tolles Erlebnis im Loveglow Store. Hatten das 3 Stunden Package und auf die Braut und ihre Wünsche wurde sehr gut eingegangen. Die Kleider sind einfach ein Traum und als das richtige Kleid gefunden wurde hatten wir alle Tränen in den Augen. :) Werde den Store bestimmt weiter empfehlen!! ....selbst wenn er so toll ist, dass man den Geheimtipp fast für sich behalten will! :P We had an incredibly great experience at the Loveglow store. Had the 3 hour package and the bride and her wishes were met very well. The clothes are just a dream and when the right dress was found we all had tears in our eyes. :) Will definitely recommend the store! .... even if it is so great that you almost want to keep the secret tip to yourself! : P
B	B B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich ein sehr hübsches, detailverliebtes Geschäft mit einer netten Inhaberin. Leider habe ich trotzdem keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich habe einen Termin ausgemacht, um mir Brautschuhe anzusehen. Covid-19 bedingt gab es leider den gewünschten Schuh in meiner Größe nicht. Mir wurde versichert, dass er nachbestellt und in ca. einer Woche zugestellt wird. Wir haben uns darauf geeinigt, dass ich kontaktiert werde, um einen erneuten Termin für die Anprobe zu vereinbaren. Drei Wochen nach dem ersten Termin habe ich noch immer nichts gehört, weshalb ich angerufen habe. Mir wurde von ihr mitgeteilt, sie sei in Quarantäne, der Schuh jedoch angekommen und sie melde sich. Nun sind bald 7 Wochen vergangen und ich habe noch immer nichts gehört. Unter gutem Kundenservice verstehe ich leider etwas anderes. Ich habe vollstes Verständnis, wenn es durch die Pandemie alles länger dauert, aber gar nichts von sich hören zu lassen, ist nicht die feine Art. Basically a very pretty, detailed shop with a nice owner. Unfortunately, I still haven't had any good experiences. I made an appointment to look at bridal shoes. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, there was no shoe in my size. I was assured that it would be reordered and delivered in about a week. We have agreed that I will be contacted to make another appointment for the fitting. Three weeks after the first appointment, I still haven't heard anything, which is why I called. I was told by her that she was in quarantine, but the shoe had arrived and she was calling. Now almost 7 weeks have passed and I still haven't heard anything. Unfortunately, I understand something else by good customer service. I fully understand when everything takes longer due to the pandemic, but not being heard from at all is not the best way to go.

Meine Begleiterinnen und ich wurden sehr gut versorgt und ich konnte viele Kleider anprobieren - die Auswahl ist auch sehr umfangreich, da ist sicher für jeden etwas dabei. Zur Präsentation gibt es einen kleinen Laufsteg und - ganz toll - Tageslicht. Alles in allem kann ich Sophie mit ihrem Loveglow Conceptstore allen angehenden Bräuten sehr ans Herz legen! A very nice, modern business. Easy to reach, also from Vienna. We had a wonderful consultation appointment, very warm and with a lot of patience. My companions and I were very well looked after and I was able to try on many dresses - the selection is also very extensive, there is definitely something for everyone. For the presentation there is a small catwalk and - great - daylight. All in all, I can recommend Sophie with her Loveglow Conceptstore to all budding brides!

Als Nächstes kam das freundliche Lächeln der super charismatischen Besitzerin, nette Aufmerksamkeiten die meinen Termin sehr angenehm gemacht haben, und dann kamen die Kleider.. In der großen Auswahl der sorgfältig ausgesuchten Brands findet man wirklich Verschiedenes, natürlich ist jede Braut einzigartig und es wird in keinem Moment das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man sich beim Aussuchen stressen muss. Danke dafür! Ich hatte das Glück, das für mich was dabei war und ich würde es jeder Braut empfehlen, dieses schöne Angebot in Anspruch zu nehmen, ich habe es genossen und meine Begleitung auch! My first impression in LoveGlow was the great decor, modern and romantic at the same time, extremely successful but unobtrusive. Next came the friendly smile of the super charismatic owner, nice attentions that made my appointment very pleasant, and then came the dresses .. In the large selection of carefully selected brands you can find really different things, of course every bride is unique and it is in never gives the feeling for a moment that you have to stress yourself when choosing. Thanks for that! I was lucky enough to have something for me and I would recommend every bride to take advantage of this beautiful offer, I enjoyed it and so did my company!

Ich hatte gestern meinen ersten Anprobetermin für mein zukünftiges Brautkleid bei Sophie im Loveglow Salon. Es war von Anfang an super nett und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich pudelwohl gefühlt und mit meinen Meinungen und Wünschen 100% akzeptiert. Es wird einem nichts aufgeschwatzt und man wird nicht zu etwas überredet. Ich hatte sage und schreibe 14 Kleider an und Sophie war zu keinem Zeitpunkt gestresst oder meinte das wäre zu viel. Danke für diesen tollen Einstieg in meine Brautkleidsuche und vielleicht bis bald. Ich kann diesen Store nur jeder Braut wärmstens ans Herz legen. I rarely write Google reviews, but here it is really urgent. Yesterday I had my first try-on appointment for my future wedding dress with Sophie in the Loveglow Salon. From the beginning it was super nice and a great atmosphere. I felt very comfortable and accepted 100% of my opinions and wishes. Nothing is talked into you and you are not persuaded to do anything. I wore no fewer than 14 dresses and Sophie was never stressed or said that was too much. Thank you for this great introduction to my wedding dress search and maybe see you soon. I can only warmly recommend this store to every bride.

Termin bis hin zum Abstecken fühl ich mir immer total wohl bei ihr! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! Found my dream dress with dear Sophie in summer 2021. From the first appointment to staking out, I always feel totally comfortable with her!
