Was man auf der Hompage findet entspricht überhaupt nicht dem, was man im Geschäft antrifft. Einfach nur eine verlorene Zeit!! Dreadful! Very old clothes, no interest to get closer to your wishes, very poor quality. What you find on the homepage does not at all correspond to what you find in the shop. Just a lost time !!

Verkäuferin war zwar nett, das Kleid, das ich auf der Homepage entdeckt hatte und weswegen ich dort war, durfte ich jedoch trotzdem nicht probieren, obwohl es in meiner Größe da war. Zwar freundlich, jedoch sehr uncharmant wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich mit "meiner" Figur, nur ein Prinzessinnenkleid tragen könne und mit meiner schweren großen Brust eine Korsage benötige. Auch meine dicken Oberarme benötigen unbedingt Ärmel um sie zu kaschieren. Danke. Eigentlich fühlte ich mich an dem Tag ganz wohl, ging dann sehr geknickt und nach kurzer Zeit wieder nach Hause und dachte eher an eine Radikaldiät, als an ein Brautkleid. Habe in einem anderen Laden mein Traumkleid in fit&Flair gefunden, bei einer Verkäuferin, die einem seine Vorzüge zeigt, anstatt die Nachteile der Figur aufzuzählen. Quality of the clothes looks rather cheap. Felt like disguised. The saleswoman was nice, but I wasn't allowed to try the dress I discovered on the homepage and why I was there, even though it was my size. Although friendly, but very uncharming, I was informed that I could only wear a princess dress with "my" figure and that I needed a corset with my heavy, large chest. Even my thick upper arms absolutely need sleeves to hide them. Thank you. Actually, I felt very comfortable that day, then I went back home very kinked and after a short while thinking about a radical diet rather than a wedding dress. Found my dream dress in fit & flair in another shop, at a shop assistant who shows you its advantages instead of listing the disadvantages of the figure.

Nach 25 Min. hat die Dame gesagt dass wir keine Zeit mehr haben, obwohl wir ein Termin für 1,5 Stunden hatten und nur eine andere Kundin mehr da war, die aber kein Termin hatte. Tausende Fragen ob das “das Kleid” ist, man darf kein Schritt machen und sich nicht einmal beim Spiegel umdrehen, man kann mit der Begleitpersonen gar nicht reden und man darf keine Fotos machen. Alles geht sehr schnell und man hat keine Zeit um sich genau die Kleider an zu schauen. Billige Materiale und alte Kleider. Die Kleider sind sofort zu kaufen, man kann nicht eine neue bestellen. Wer würde 1000-1500 EUR für ein Kleid, das noch so viele Male anprobiert wurde, bezahlen? Very bad advice, not professional at all, very rude. After 25 minutes, the lady said that we had no more time, even though we had an appointment for 1.5 hours and there was only one other customer who had no appointment. Thousands of questions as to whether this is “the dress”, you can't take a step or even turn around in the mirror, you can't even talk to the accompanying person and you can't take photos. Everything happens very quickly and you don't have time to look closely at the clothes. Cheap materials and old clothes. The clothes can be bought immediately, you cannot order a new one. Who would pay 1000-1500 EUR for a dress that has been tried on so many times?
