Trotz Termin wurden wir dann nach einer halben Stunde aufgefordert zu gehen weil sie Rücken schmerzen hätte. Totally rude, unprofessional no advice and you noticed that the lady had no desire to work from the start! Despite the appointment, we were asked to leave after half an hour because she had back pain.

Liebevolle und fürsorgliche Betreuung, vor allem aber sehr viel Geduld und sehr gute ehrliche Beratung. In dieser Boutique ist der Kunde noch König! Kein Vergleich zu anderen Großgeschäften in der Mariahilferstraße wo man nur als Masse ohne Beratung abgefertigt wird. Man findet hier eine große Auswahl an Ballkleidern, auch in größeren Größen zu fairen Preisen. Auch die Änderung wurde innerhalb von zwei Stunden durchgeführt und ich konnte das Kleid noch am selben Tag abholen. Dieses Geschäft ist nur weiter zu empfehlen. Bitte gebt den kleineren Geschäften eine Chance und überzeugt euch selbst. Ihr werdet überrascht sein. Ebenso gibt es dort wunderschöne Brautmode. Also schnell hin. Von Spittelau mit der U6, Ausstieg Josef Stätter Straße. Kudos to the boss and his saleswoman at the same time as a seamstress. Nach einer schlechte Erfahrung bei einem anderen Laden, hatten ich schon Angst wie der Tag heute werden sollte. Beim Empfang war meine Angst sofort weg. Super Empfang, tolle Beraterin. Sie hat sofort gewusst was ich wollte. Auch das andere Personal..alle lieb und nett , ihr habt uns begeistert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Nachmittag. I went into the store around noon, had amazing service and found the perfect dress. It needed alterations on the shoulders and the length, but they were able to have everything finished by 4pm, in time for the ball at 7pm. Really great experience and beautiful gowns.
