One of the best Spa and Yoga hotels in Austria!

Very nice and relaxing hotel within the vineyards of Langenlois. The spa area offers different saunas and a steam bath. Lots of indoor and outdoor relaxing areas. Heated outdoor pool with nice views, but the highlight is the natural swimming pond. Breakfast offers good variety of local food in good quality. Dinner was fine as well, but the menu could have a few more options. Good value for money and we would return in the future.

It's such a nice hotel with the perfect size. Its romantic touch and amazing wine/food make it really easy to relax. The service was always very good! We will definitely come back! :)

Great weather, company, location and views. Clean facilities though overpriced. Interesting architecture, lovely pool with view of the vineyards. Comfortable bedroom, spacious bathroom though impractical as no heated towel rack or option to dry wet swimwear after using the spa area. Key cards didn't work in the lift to the spa so we used the stairs. This happened to several guests and repeatedly. Food ok but not exciting (excellent creme brulee though). Frequent guests used to receive personal messages in room, but not any longer. Dogs are permitted and for a high fee, but no longer are water and food bowls or pet beds supplied, so the high fees are not justified. Disappointing visit really. Best to stay elsewhere in future and visit the restaurant and wine attraction as a day visitor only.

Lovely trip however lots of room for improvement. The room prices are unquestionably to high for the quality. Considering having stayed at many other hotels at around the same nightly rate I was very underwhelmed by the standard of the rooms. They are incredibly basic and not well taken care of. The staff are very helpful and friendly to all your needs. The only downfall was the cleaners walked into our room at 8:30am while we were still asleep and quickly hurried out without an apology. (we were not provided with "do not disturb"s signs -- as per hotel norm). The spa services are of average standard.

Overall, it was a nice stay, I enjoyed the outside area and also the saunas are very well made, very comfortable, were not crowded. Loisium is not cheap but the hotel is nice and the treatments were great. I would appreciate a bit more of "little perks", like free coffee during the day and more small snacks offered, complimentary bottle of water. It was a bit of surprise being charge 6.50€ for a bottle of still water in the room, plus paying for all the coffee. The prices in the beach/outdoor bar are also not cheap. Sure, it is a nice place so i don't mind paying a little more but it would make a lot of difference to the customer experience offering small benefits (for example a 1+1 cocktail hour or 1 free drink per day etc.). The staff was very friendly and mostly helpful, especially Michel in the outdoor bar was great! Not sure about recommendation yet, I was not blown away, mainly because the outside area can get quite crowded and I did not find the value in price/offer too convincing.

Nice rooms and very nice Spa area, selection of some vegan wines. Even vegan food available in case you tell, unfortunatley coming with too much salt.

Somewhat overhyped. Pool ways too cold (was not even heated up after asking for it @reception, good for playing the nipple game though) and spa area totally overcrowded, sauna area in some sort of basement. Another guest correctly observed that the whole spa was not scaled out as to the capacity of guest rooms available eventually making you feeling like sardines squashed next to each other as well as breakfast experience is like rush hour in Tokyo's underground :) breakfast offering and quality was good though, just the table ordered egg omelets tended to get served at the end of each breakfast due the overloaded chef. We skipped dinner as to the mixed experience of others but the well developed restaurant and heurigen cuisine in the lovely surrounding was fully compensating for that. Spa treatments fully booked, reception continously apologizing to guests not able to offer any spa treatments, so better book ahead your visit and as advised by them. Overall not that relaxing as such kind of Loisium spa visit would connote.
