o	oskar bulant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 Sterne vom Falstaff und jede Menge Punkte bei den verschiedenen Weinen, unsere Erwartungshaltung war groß, vielleicht zu groß. Schade wir hatten uns viel erwartet. Ein so traditioneller Name, biologische Wirtschaftsweise steht da ganz stolz auf der Homepage, und dann doch eine so herbe Enttäuschung. Wir mussten überrascht feststellen, das hier massenweise nicht BIO Wein verkauft wird, wie das zur Betriebsphilosophie passt können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Arbeitet man da etwa mit Etikettenschwindel? Wir können uns das nicht erklären. Die zwei Stunden die wir da vor Ort sein durften waren für uns sehr lehrreich. Die Weine allesamt in unseren Augen überbewertet, nichts Aussergewöhnliches entdeckt. Das Positive das wir von dort mitnehmen, ist das alte Gebäude wenn auch nicht überall authentisch, aber doch nett. Die Weine haben wir nicht verstanden, vielleicht haben wir nicht den besten Tag erwischt, es soll sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen, für uns ist es aber sehr klar. 4 stars from Falstaff and lots of points with the different wines, our expectations were high, maybe too big. Too bad we expected a lot. Such a traditional name, organic farming stands proudly on the homepage, and then such a bitter disappointment. We were surprised to find that organic wine is not sold in bulk here, we cannot understand how it fits into the company's philosophy. Do you work with a fake label? We cannot explain that. The two hours we were allowed to be there were very instructive for us. The wines were all overrated in our eyes, nothing extraordinary discovered. The positive thing that we take from there is the old building, although not authentic everywhere, but nice. We did not understand the wines, maybe we did not catch the best day, everyone should make up their own mind, but for us it is very clear.
