★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem Makler in Zusammenhang mit einer von ihm beworbenen Immobilie. Inkompetent und schlecht vorbereitet (oder er tat zumindest so). Es wurde eine Immobilie beworben die so gar nicht verkauft werden konnte, da sie in der Form gar nicht im Grundbuch eingetragen war und auch nicht hätte eingetragen werden können. Die richtigen Informationen erhielten wir am Bauamt und über unseren Anwalt. Sinnlos vergeudete Zeit, sinnlos entstandene Kosten. Richtig dreist finde ich, dass der Makler nach unserem Hinweis und unserer Absage die Immobilie immer noch in der gleichen Form anbietet und scheinbar weiterhin die Zeit anderer Interessenten vergeudet.
Bad experience with this agent in connection with a property they have advertised. Incompetent and ill-prepared (or at least he pretended to be). A property was advertised that could not be sold because it was not registered in the land register and could not have been registered. We received the correct information from the building authority and from our lawyer. Pointlessly wasted time, pointlessly incurred costs. I think it's really bold that after our advice and our refusal, the real estate agent is still offering the property in the same form and apparently continues to waste the time of other interested parties.
