K	Kimm Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde erst vor einigen Jahren auf der ehemaligen Brandlwiese erbaut. Teilweise sehr schöne Zimmer. Was built only a few years ago on the former Brandlwiese. Partly very nice rooms.

Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, und der Zimmerdienst machte seine Arbeit bestens. Hier komme ich gerne wieder her. Gerhard-Ludwig Irauschek I lived here for a few days in a clean, spacious room with a mini kitchen, refrigerator, FS, Internet and a decent bathroom. F	Florian Schäfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wohnen mehrere Monate hier mit der ganzen vierköpfigen Familie. Das Haus bietet alles, was gebraucht wird. Die Wohnungen sind zwar überschaubar, aber Waschraum, Fitness, Innenhof und Grillplatz zum Empfang von Gästen sorgen dafür, dass der Raum auch reicht. Der Chef und sein Team sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist aber nix für Menschen, die ohne Kontakt zu anderen sein wollen. Es ist alles da und wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Da gibt es natürlich immer schwarze Schafe. Es ist eben ein Living Campus. Uns gefällt es hier sehr gut. We live here for several months with the whole family of four. The house offers everything that is needed. The apartments are manageable, but the laundry room, fitness, inner courtyard and barbecue area for receiving guests ensure that there is enough space. The boss and his team are very helpful. But the house is nothing for people who want to be out of contact with others. Everything is there and is used collectively. Of course there are always black sheep. It's just a living campus. We like it here very much.

Das Gebäude ist aller mieseste Bauart, billigste Materialien wurden verwedet, man hat absolut keine Ruhe in den Zimmern, die Wände bestehen aus maximal zwei Spahnplatten und bisschen Dämmstoff. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis viel zu klein. Auch zum Teil Asoziales Verhalten der Mitbewohner, Abends ist oft laut meist irgendwann in der Nacht, Hausleitung macht nichts! Aufkeinen fall wieder. The total kidding! The building is of the worst construction, the cheapest materials were used, there is absolutely no peace in the rooms, the walls consist of a maximum of two chipboard panels and a bit of insulation. The rooms are way too small for the price. Also partly anti-social behavior of the roommates, in the evening it is often loud, mostly at some point in the night, house management doesn't do anything! No case again.

They trigger too quickly and you'll be charged almost 500 euros for that!! So cooking becomes difficult... They make you sign a document in advance where you have to agree to cover these costs if your fire alarm goes off. This appears weird!

You can hear the neighbors and they can hear you, very clearly, like others are in your apartment. In some rooms you can even see your neighbor from the wall top groove! It's like 1 mm to 10 cm! Of course the smell of the food of neighbors is in your room, as well. I hope, you like the smell of garlic! This is the very come-on smell here around. All the furniture are bought from Möbelix and the cheapest ones! Cooking is very dangerous! It could cost you 440 euros! The firemen are two times weekly there and poor students have to pay 440 euros just because of cooking an egg! The other very important thing is that, you should be very careful with the communications! Don't trust them with talking at all. Just send email and keep their answers. If you really want to live there?! Only communicate with them written! Otherwise the day of leaving, you should expect problems and forget about your deposit! The only advantage of this dormitory is the river room view in the summer! However, you should expect dealing with flys, too. Even one star is too much.
