By then other tables that have been seated after us have already gotten their dishes. After the entry (beef tartar was ok, drowned in tomato sauce) we had to wait for another 45 minutes for our main dishes. My penne with sugo have been very salty, my partner's kraut pasta was good Cannot recommend.

So we wanted to eat somewhere good nearby. Luckily the Wirtshaus was in walking distance. I have to say the beer was excellent and unique as most beers can taste generic in German speaking countries but every beer here had I good unique flavour. For the meal I ordered the cheese plate and the beef tartar. I prefer to taste the meals that are unique to the area and also something I can't really make at home. The meal didn't let me down. My wife ordered the fried salmon and potato salad I have never tasted such plump and juiced fried food. It was amazing.
T	Tibor M. Kovacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely good Austrian food with gigantic portions. In the beautiful historic center of a nice town by the lake it is a traditional beer restaurant. Nice interior and the food was really fantastic. The portions are so huge that we ordered only 2 main courses for 3 people and could not eat it all. It was not only huge but very special and taste. They also have a good wine list but the Italian sparkling wine (Franciacorta) by the glass was flat and undrinkable. This was the only problem.
