L	Leocor doo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very disspointed. First of all, we don’t have heat in our room two days. If in room is five people, two of them have to sleep on additional beds. The staff are too unkind, and unprofessional, and because of that we felt undesirable. The food is on very low quality, and it isn’t appropriate for this price. My recension for this hotel is zero. This hotel i don’t recommend to anybody.

The hotel's rules have changed, and nobody informed us about it before booking. Since we come for skiing and rest, we did not bring a adequated clothes for dinner . The owner of the hotel did not allow us to have dinner in the restaurant, but our dinner was served in the hotel hall. The owner was unprofessional, he was very unpleasant and rude. Most of the staff does not know English or some other language, so our communication was very difficult for us. This hotel is advertised as a family, and the staff of the hotel constantly reminds children of a very strict tone. All in all, the high price of the arrangement is not adequate quality of service. A big disappointment!

Honestly, water in pool is cold, rooms are small, and if there is five persons, two of them must sleep on additional bed.And there are bad hotel staff too, they are very angry, and unkindly. In the evening you can’t stay how long you want in the lobby. Staff don’t know English, too. They speak bed words on their language. And it’s rude. Also exist dress code at dinner. You have to wear only pants, but if you came there to skii, you didn’t bring pants, like us. I do not recommend anyone this hotel, really.

Hey did not let us go to dinner because we were not properly trained. we were on skiing and we did not wear anything more than tracksuits. They talk about dressing while the boss wears his jacket and sneakers. Bottom of the bottom. Dinner is waiting too long. Cold water in the pool. totally unprofessional attitude towards guests
M	Marek N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally it is very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms with a nice view - big balcony, nice wellness area with sauna, swimming pool and small fitness room (with only 3 fitnness machines). Internet wifi connection was very poor, especially in the evening when everybody get back to the hotel. Breakfasts and dinners were ok, sometimes served from the open buffet, sometimes served from the menu (3 meals to choose: meat, fish, vegetarian). Nice drink bar is open 24h. There is not much parking place, so in the high season, if you get back later than 4 or 5 pm, you need to look for the place on the street which is not much accepted by neighbours. The hotel is quite far from main ski regions, so you need at least 30-40 minutes drive to the ski slopes as Aineck, Gerlitzen and others.

Small bathrooms, cold water in the pool, rugged carpets. So the hotel is not the best, but it almost completely corresponded to my family. This year there is a catastrophe. The relation of the new owner of the hotel to the guests does not correspond to the standards of the hotel industry. Why is so sir? The attitude of staff, but only some, has changed. Still greeting for the staff and I am sorry that I can no longer spread a good voice about the Bellevue Hotel.
P	Peter Schinzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location overlooking Millstaetter See. Comfy and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast/dinner and friendly staff. New doors/windows in the bedrooms would add the 5th star.

They promised to replace room for bigger one and Next day they ignore us. That's the worst hotel service experience I ever had. Except that very bad experience on the beginning, I have to say that the restaurant, spa and swimming pool area are very good standard. Brilliant food and quite fine room service. I put one star on the very beginning of my visit but after all i thing that three stars are relevant in my opinion. I would recommend to inform future clients about room standard and size and that there is only double beds option in rooms :)
