★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Telefonat dachte ich die Dame habe einen schlechten Tag aufgrund ihrer schlechten Laune. Leider hatte auch der Kassier beim Besuch offensichtlich einen schlechten Tag... Möglicherweise ist das Arbeitsklima dort nicht sehr ansprechend xD
After calling, I thought the lady was having a bad day because of her bad mood. Unfortunately, the cashier obviously had a bad day when he visited ... Possibly the working atmosphere there is not very appealing xD

Anschrift der Vertriebs-/Disponentin sehr unpersönlich (die machen sich nicht mal die Mühe Herr/Frau.... dazu zuschreiben) und das obwohl langjähriger Kunde
