Uns wurde der Stom ohne Vorwahnung abgedreht (Fehler lag nicht auf unserer Seite, sind in ein neues Haus eingezogen) ich konnte nicht mal das Fläschchen von unserem Sohn wärmen.. Mir wurde nicht mal ein Notstrom für ein paar Stunden gewährt damit ich die Sache mit meinem Stromanbieter abklären hätte können.. Ich hätte es sogar bezahlt dafür, aber die Person am anderen Ende meinte, wenn sie mir den Strom für ein paar stunden freigeben würde, werde sie gekündigt… Und das in der heutigen Zeit, weit haben wires gebracht ?? Under all hell .. The electricity was turned off without any premonition (the fault wasn't on our side, we moved into a new house) I couldn't even warm our son's bottle .. I wasn't even given an emergency power supply for a few hours so that I could have clarified the matter with my electricity provider .. I would even have paid for it, but the person on the other end said that if they would let me have the electricity for a few hours, they would be terminated ... And that in this day and age, we have come far ??

NETZ OÖ (Frau **** - inkompetent) hat nichts vorliegen. Der Vertrag muss direkt von der ÖMAG kommen und in ein Portal geschickt werden. Von mir will sie den gleichen Vertrag nicht, dass MUSS von der ÖMAG kommen. Direkt. ÖMAG (Frau * – sehr kompetent) sagt, das ist Blödsinn NETZ OÖ besteht wieder darauf, den Vertrag direkt von der ÖMAG zu bekommen. Unglaublich! Alles dreht sich im Kreis, ich kann eigentlich gar nichts machen. Komm mir vor wie bei Asterix und Obelix beim Passierschein. Die Dame von der ÖMAG kümmert sich nun darum! ZERO stars! Photovoltaic system completed. Wait for acceptance. 1½ h phone calls in short form: Energie AG not responsible. -> call NETZ OÖ ... NETZ OÖ (Ms. ** - incompetent) has nothing. The contract must come directly from ÖMAG and be sent to a portal. She doesn't want the same contract from me, that MUST come from ÖMAG. Direct. ÖMAG (Mrs. *** - very competent) says that is nonsense NETZ OÖ insists on getting the contract directly from ÖMAG. Incredible! Everything goes in circles, I can't really do anything. Look to me like Asterix and Obelix with a pass. The lady from ÖMAG will now take care of it!
P	Pfitschi Pfeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch so gut wie nie erreichbar. Immer lange in der Warteschleife. Auch beim Rückruf so lange Wartezeit, dass Kontakt unmöglich ist. Daher wären 0 Sterne besser als der aufgezwungene eine Stern. 14 Tage später: eine nette hoffentlich nicht automatisierte Antwort aber mehr schon nicht, das ständige Hin und Her schreiben von Mails ist spätestens nach dem 3. Hin und Her mailen stinkfad, weil auch Stunden vergehen, bis zu einer annähernd befriedigenden Antwort. Nach mehreren Versuchen jemanden zu erreichen (verschiedene Tageszeiten, verschiedene Tage) kommt einer Verarsche gleich. Almost never available by phone. Always on hold for a long time. So long waiting time when calling back that contact is impossible. Therefore, 0 stars would be better than the imposed one star. 14 days later: a nice and hopefully not automated answer, but no more, the constant back and forth writing of emails is stinky after the 3rd back and forth email at the latest, because hours can pass before an almost satisfactory answer. After trying to reach someone several times (different times of the day, different days), you're kidding.

Vereinbart wird nach der Warteschleiiiiiife der Rückruf des Technikers zwecks Terminvereinbarung. Dieser kommt aber ohne Anmeldung. Wahrscheinlich gehen die davon aus es seien alle Arbeitslos oder haben ohnehin so wenig zu tun wie dieser selbst. Einfach unmöglich. Netz OÖ GmbH = Waiting loop apparently well known. But the hammer is then the unannounced visit of the technician. After the waiting loop, it is agreed that the technician will call back to make an appointment. But this comes without registration. They probably assume that everyone is unemployed or has as little to do as he himself. Simply impossible.

Service müssen die dringend lernen. One star is still too many. You're on hold for hours and when you finally get through to someone they hang up in the middle of the conversation. They urgently need to learn service.

Um mit einem Vorgesetzten sprechen zu können, braucht man starke Nerven, das ist quasi ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit, obwohl einen sonst niemand mehr weiterhelfen kann... Verständnis hat man, allerdings erwartet man dann das selbe ihrerseits, oder zumindest einen guten Willen die Dinge zu klären. Kurz zusammengefasst - nicht zu empfehlen und alles andere als freundlich... You wait on hold for ages, only to be "advised" in an unfriendly manner. In order to be able to speak to a supervisor, you need strong nerves, that is practically an impossibility, although no one else can help you ... You understand, but then you expect the same on your part, or at least a good will for things to clarify. In short - not to be recommended and anything but friendly ...

Ingesamt habe ich die letzten beiden Tage ungefähr 20 mal mit dem Stromanbieter und Netz OÖ telefoniert! Irgendwie scheinen aber bei beiden nur inkompetente Mitarbeiter zu arbeiten! Wenn ich bei beiden wie oben angeführten an die 20mal anrufen muss und nichts passiert dann muss man sich fragen ob da im System was falsch läuft! Electricity was simply turned off even though there was a contract with a new provider! All in all, I've called the electricity provider and Netz OÖ about 20 times in the last two days! Somehow, however, only incompetent employees seem to work for both of them! If I have to call both of the above about 20 times and nothing happens, then you have to ask yourself whether something is wrong in the system!
