Gute Beratung und sehr gutes Fachwissen haben mir die Entscheidung die richtigen Sachen zu kaufen sehr erleichtert. Ich komme gerne wieder und werde den Shop weiterempfehlen. Leider gibt es in Amstetten keinen gleichwertigen Radshop. Das wäre eine Bereicherung für den Radsport in der Umgebung. Very good atmosphere. Visiting the shop was very pleasant. Im Radshop Lietz sind Spezialisten am Werk, die sehr viel know how aus allen Bereichen der Praxis mitbringen, aber auch viel Einfühlungsvermögen für Kunden aller Generationen. Es ist definitiv kein leichtes Jahr ein Bike zu bekommen, möglich dass man auch ein paar Euro spart, wenn man online kauft. Aber die große Frage ist: Wann bekomme ich dieses Rad? Wer hilft sofort, wenn etwas kaputt geht? In diesen Themen wurde ich im Radshop stets perfekt betreut, und habe auch am Freitag sehr glücklich, und vor allem sofort den Shop mit Bike verlassen. Während andre noch warten und vergleichen, fahre ich schon ;) und für mich persönlich hat das einen sehr hohen Wert. Nicht nur die Auswahl, sondern auch die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter lohnen einen Besuch im "Lietz - Radshop Ybbsitz". Der Service zeichnet sich durch eine mehr als fachgerechte Beratung aus. Auch wird sich genügend Zeit für Anliegen, aller Art genommen! Gemeinsam mit Stefan, einem der Verkäufer, bin ich dann auch fündig geworden. Das Rad wurde durch ihn auch gleich optimal auf mich eingestellt. Ich habe es heute sofort mit einer 60km Tour auf Herz und Nieren getestet. Fazit: Ich bin mehr als begeistert! Nicht nur vom Bike, sondern auch vom Lietz - Radshop Ybbsitz! Danke dafür! Alles wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Der „Boss“ Winfried Lietz und „ unser“ Berater bzw. Verkäufer Stefan Schmid haben sich von ihrer besten Seite gezeigt. Diesen Radshop kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. „TOPJOB“ kann ich nur sagen. DANKE We bought two e-bikes from the Lietz bike shop. After a while, the first service was necessary.
