All meine Fragen wurden für mich sehr verständlich und rasch beantwortet - egal ob persönlich oder per E-Mail. Bei der Übergabe meines E-Bikes hat sich Daniele A. viel Zeit genommen und war mir auch beim Aufladen des Rades auf den Fahrradträger behilflich.

 I received very competent, detailed, uncomplicated and extremely nice advice from Daniele Alessandro when buying our e-bikes. All of my questions were answered very clearly and quickly - whether in person or by email. When handing over my e-bike, Daniele A. took a lot of time and also helped me to load the bike onto the bike rack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten uns eine Vespa kaufen, diese war leider nicht auf Lager. Der Verkäufer machte nicht den Eindruck, dass er Interesse daran hätte diese für uns zu bestellen. Grundsätzlich unfreundlicher Empfang, Samstags geschlossen.
We wanted to buy a Vespa, unfortunately it was not in stock. The seller did not give the impression that he was interested in ordering them for us. Basically unfriendly reception, closed on Saturdays.

Haben eine Vespa hingestellt weil sie einen Motorschaden hat. (DEKOR war neu lackiert)
Dann war es uns zu teuer und wollten uns das Moped holen und sahen Dellen und Kratzer!!!!!!!Frechheit sowas uns sie haben uns nichts gesagt....

We put a Vespa down because the engine had broken down. (DECOR was repainted)
Then it was too expensive for us and wanted to get the moped and saw dents and scratches !!!!!!!
