Nach ewigen Problemen bei anderen Händlern und Werkstätten habe ich mir vor 2 Jahren bei Ginner ein neues Trek Rennrad gegönnt - seitdem nur mehr Ginner! Die Mitarbeiter haben mich super beraten und mein Rad neues Rad passt wie maßgeschneidert! Alles passt perfekt und ich hatte nie wieder Probleme mit der Sitzposition! Letztes Jahr haben wir hier für meine Frau ein neues Ebike gekauft und seitdem hab ich sie sogar zu 3 längeren Touren überreden können, die wir früher nie zusammen gemacht hätten :) Kann jedem nur empfehlen, zu einem ordentlichen Fachhändler zu gehen, das ist Welten von einem 0815-Verkäufer entfernt! Auswahl top, Service top, Beratung top - Danke! Best retailer for the best bikes! After eternal problems with other dealers and workshops, I gave myself two years ago at Ginner a new Trek racing bike - since then only more Ginner! The staff gave me great advice and my bike fits new bike as tailor-made! Everything fits perfectly and I never had problems with the seating position again! Last year we bought a new ebike for my wife and since then I've been able to persuade her to go on 3 longer tours that we never did together before :) Can anyone recommend going to a decent retailer, that's worlds away from a 0815 seller! Top selection, service top, advice top - thanks!

Hätte vorerst damit gerechnet, dass es wegen meiner ausgefallenen Körpergröße bestellt werden muss, war jedoch nicht der Fall, mein gewünschtes Trek Remedy war in meiner Rahmenhöhe verfügbar und wurde auch noch spontan ausgefertigt, so dass ich es gleich mitnehmen konnte und nicht nochmal herfahren musste! TOP! Die Preise passen auch, richtig nettes Personal und super Beratung! Gerne wieder, genau so soll es sein! Today my 2nd MTB bought here. Had initially expected that it must be ordered because of my unusual height, but was not the case, my desired Trek Remedy was available in my frame height and was also made spontaneously, so I could take it right away and did not have to go back! TOP! The prices also fit, really nice staff and great advice! Gladly again, that's the way it should be!

Eine riesige Auswahl und top Beratung passend zu meinen Bedürfnissen - inkl. diverser Testfahrten mit den Rädern und hab so das perfekte Rad für mich gefunden. Habe mir vorige Wochen ein TREK Fully gekauft, Super Beratung, extrem kompetente Jungs die Fahrradträume wahr machen! Ob Service und Reparaturen am All Mountain oder Rennrad hat immer alles super gepasst. Preis erschien mir jedes Mal fair und angemessen. Wenn man um rasche Hilfe bittet war das immer kein Problem. Alles TIP TOP!! 5 Sterne von mir ? I am now something of a regular customer and have been very satisfied every time! I bought a TREK Fully last week, great advice, extremely competent guys who make bike dreams come true! Whether service and repairs on the All Mountain or racing bike, everything was always perfect. Price seemed fair and reasonable every time. If you asked for quick help it was always no problem. Everything fine!! 5 stars from me ?
D	Dominik Stöffelbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service wird von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter. Warte nun schon seit 1,5-2 Monaten auf eine Antwort wegen einer Carbonfelgen Reklamation. Bei einem „Fachgeschäft“ erwarte ich mir eine schnellere Abwicklung vorallem wenn man schon mehrere 1000€ dort liegen gelassen hat. In Zukunft werde ich mir meine Räder wo anders kaufen. Service gets worse every year. I have been waiting for an answer about a carbon rim complaint for 1.5-2 months. In a "specialist shop" I expect faster processing, especially if you have already left several 1000 € there. In the future I will buy my bikes elsewhere.

Alle namhaften Marken werden gefunden. Habe im April ein E- Bike Trek Powerfly beim Ginner in Waidhofen gekauft. - Beratung war dort nicht so toll. Ein paar Monate später hab ich mich entschlossen, dass ich auf ein Rennrad umsteigen will. Als ich im August dort nach einem Rennrad fragte konnte man mir auch nur eines zeigen und anbieten. Also fuhr ich nach Amstetten zum Ginner. Hab mich beraten lassen, und das ordentlich dieses Mal. Außerdem bin ich dort zum ersten Mal mit einem Rennrad gefahren.- Mir hat's mega taugt. Ich war froh, dass man das E- Bike zurück genommen hat. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen an der Geschichte. Das Rennrad, dass ich wollte wird vermutlich erst 2022 oder später lieferbar sein. Hab mir das SPECIALIZED Tarmac SL6 Sport genommen und bin happy damit : ) -Die Verkäufer haben freundlich und kompetent beraten. Und nehmen sich auch Zeit. -Kleine An/Umbauten am neuen Fahrrad wurden auch ohne Terminverschiebung sofort gemacht. -Preis/Leistung ist gut. Bin super zufrieden. The choice is huge. Sportswear, all types of bicycles, spare parts, accessories for bicycles, smart trainers, exercise bikes, ... All well-known brands are found. I bought a Trek Powerfly e-bike at the Ginner in Waidhofen in April. - Advice wasn't great there. A few months later I made up my mind that I wanted to switch to a racing bike. When I asked for a racing bike there in August, they could only show and offer me one. So I went to Amstetten for a ginner. I took advice, and this time properly. I also rode a racing bike there for the first time - I loved it very much. I was happy that they took the e-bike back. The only small downer in the story. The racing bike that I wanted will probably only be available in 2022 or later. I took the SPECIALIZED Tarmac SL6 Sport and I'm happy with it:) -The sellers gave friendly and competent advice. And also take your time. -Small additions / modifications to the new bike were made immediately, even without postponing the date. -Price / performance is good. I'm super satisfied.

Dennoch war ich sehr zufrieden. Advice was really great, but a lot going on. Okay in terms of price. The choice was a bit limited when it came to racing bikes and their equipment. Still, I was very satisfied.
