★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie gut das es in Feldbach noch den Obi und das Lagerhaus gibt, Liebmarkt wird mich/uns als Kunden nicht mehr sehen.
Wir wollten ein Produkt umtauschen und sind an der Kassa von einer blonden Kassiererin sehr schroff, laut und unfreundlich belehrt worden das man Umtauschprodukte vorab hätte am Info reklamieren/anmelden müssen!
Uns war das nicht bewusst noch das es am Eingang angeschrieben gewesen wäre!
Wenn sie es in einem normalen ruhigen Tonfall uns erklärt hätte, würden wir das noch verstehen, aber so Kunden an zu schnauzen geht mal gar nicht!!
Uns auch noch an den Kopf zu werfen, wir hätten keinen Hausverstand, ist das letzte!
Die Mitarbeiter im Geschäft selbst, waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit!
