M	Monika Hendler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herzlichen Dank für die hervorragende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung und Beratung die wir gestern im LKH Feldbach erfahren durften. Alle, wirklich alle haben meine Tochter und auch mich in allem unterstützt, hatten Zeit für Gespräche und Verständnis für meine Sorgen. Kompetent, freundlich und entgegenkommend erfolgten von allen Ärzten die Untersuchungen. Die Unterstützung des sehr hilfsbereiten Pflegepersonal war wohltuend. Trotz aller Sorgen fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben. Thank you very much for the excellent, friendly and helpful support and advice that we were able to experience yesterday at the LKH Feldbach. Everyone, really everyone, supported my daughter and me in everything, had time for discussions and understanding for my worries. The examinations were carried out by all doctors in a competent, friendly and accommodating manner. The support of the very helpful nursing staff was beneficial. Despite all my worries, I felt that I was in good hands.
T	Tamara Kubica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich verstehe hier viele Rezessionen überhaupt nicht. Ich habe meine 5 Kinder im LKH bekommen und hätte am Liebsten immer ein paar Tage dazu "gebucht". Meinen Zwergen und mir hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Natürlich braucht man gerade mit Kinder dann auch die Ambulanz "leider" des öfteren und auch ab und zu mal selber, aber wir haben uns immer sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt! Es sind immer rundum alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir wurden immer gut behandelt und versorgt. Ganz besonders aufgeheitert, hat gestern die blonde Dame vom Röntgen, meine Tochter- diese war wirklich sehr wunderbar zu meinem Kind und hat ihr alles genau erklärt! Also wir sind sehr zufrieden! So I don't understand many recessions here at all. I had my 5 children in the LKH and would have loved to "book" a few days in addition. My dwarfs and I didn't miss anything there. Of course, especially with children, you "unfortunately" need the ambulance more often and sometimes yourself, but we always felt we were in very good hands and looked after! Everyone is always very nice and helpful! We have always been treated and cared for well. The blonde lady from the X-ray, my daughter, was particularly cheerful yesterday - she was really wonderful to my child and explained everything to her in detail! So we are very satisfied!

Sowohl im OP und Kreißsaal, wie auch auf der Station sehr freundliches, herzliches Personal. Nehmen einem die Sorgen und versichern, ohne müde zu werden, dass nachfragen nicht lästig, sondern sogar erwünscht ist. Vielen Dank! Stay and preliminary care for a planned cesarean section: short waiting times for preliminary examinations, everything went hand in hand. Very friendly, cordial staff in the operating theater and delivery room as well as on the ward. Take your worries away and assure you, without getting tired, that asking questions is not a nuisance, it is even desired. Thanks very much!

Wenn etwas mit den Kids sein sollte wäre der Weg nach Graz sehr weit... Very good hospital, I gave birth there, everyone was very nice and helpful, unfortunately only 4 stars because I think there is no children's clinic.. If something happened to the kids, the way to Graz would be very far...

Alle Hebammen, Schwestern und Arzte waren sehr kompetent und liebevoll. ? I gave birth in Feldbach LKH a few days ago and was then in the postpartum ward for 4 days. The best treatment I've ever had. All midwives, nurses and doctors were very competent and loving. ?
r	robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soetwas sollte einfach nicht passieren !! da wartest seit 9 uhr auf deine neue Armschiene und gegen 11 uhr 15 bekommst du die Auskunft bei der Ambulanzaufnahme ,daß dich der behandelnde Oberarzt ,der die Kontrolle bei dir durchgeführt hat , nicht mal für den Erhalt der neuen Schiene angemeldet hat. !!!! That just shouldn't happen!! Since 9 a.m. you’ve been waiting for your new arm splint and around 11:15 a.m. you get the information from the outpatient department that the attending senior doctor, who carried out the check on you, has not even registered you for the receipt of the new splint. !!!!

And before criticising hospital personnel (in general, not just LKH Feldbach) , take into consideration, that it is a hospital, not a five-star hotel. Nurses and doctors go way over their limits with patience and empathy and yet we forget many times that they are only humans like the rest of us. Having good and bad days. And they encounter hundreds of emergencies, hard stories and heartbreaking events on a daily basis. I think people should take this into consideration when making a complaint. Sometimes a complaint is necessary, most of the times it isn't. I can describe my experience in LKH Feldbach as an example of humanity at its finest. Thank you.
