Total chaos and lack of organization, the waiting for loading was almost 5 hours, while loading lasted 40 minutes. I do not recommend avoiding a wide berth.
R	Robert Bachner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur zu empfehlen, wenn man trotz "Fixtermin" Stunden Zeit hat um auf die Abholung des Fahrzeuges zu warten. Man wird darüber auch nicht informiert bzw. bekommt man dann auf mehrfache Nachfrage an Telefon eindeutige Lügen serviert. Mein Highlight: "Der Fahrer ist gerade bei Ihnen zugefahren und steigt jetzt aus" und das ca. 20 min vor Ankunft desgleichen... Übergabe des Fahrzeuges verlief dann allerdings recht problemlos. Ich würd mich dennoch nach alternativen umschauen. Only to be recommended if you have hours to wait for the vehicle to be picked up despite the "fixed date". You are also not informed about it or you are then served clear lies on repeated inquiries on the phone. My highlight: "The driver has just pulled up to you and is now getting out" and that about 20 minutes before arrival as well ... Handover of the vehicle then went quite smoothly. I would still look around for alternatives.
